Wall Street

Durable Goods Orders:
U.S. August Durable Goods Orders -2.4% versus consensus +0.3%; August Durable Goods Orders, Excluding-Transportation, Unchanged; August Durable Goods Orders, Excluding-Defense, -2.4%; July Durable Goods Orders Revised to +4.8% from +5.1%.

Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index:
University of Michigan 12-Month Inflation Forecast came in at 2.2% compared to an August increase by 2.8%; 5-Yr Inflation Forecast rose 2.8%compared to an August increase by 2.8%; End-September Sentiment 73.5 compared to August 65.7; End-September Current Index 73.4 compared to August 66.6; End-September Expectations 73.5 compared to August 65.0; University of Michigan Preliminary September Sentiment was 70.2.

New Home Sales:
U.S. August New Home Sales rose 0.7% to 429K versus consensus 440K; U.S. New Home Sales increase in August marks fifth in a row; U.S. July New Home Sales Revised to 426K from 433K; U.S. August New Home Sales Supply at 7.3 Months.
