Home Prices

Home prices are on the rise, the S&P Case-Shiller Home Price index which measures housing prices in 20 metropolitan cities said prices rose by 1.6% in July, marking the third monthly increase. (Read more at Millennium-Traders.Com)

S&P Case-Shiller July 10-City Home Price Index down 12.8% year over year; S&P Case-Shiller July 20-City Home Price Index down 13.3% year over year; S&P Case-Shiller July 10-City Home Price Index up 1.7% month over month; S&P Case-Shiller July 20-City Home Price Index rose 1.6% month over month.

CB Consumer Confidence:
Conference Board September Present Situation Index 22.7 versus August 25.4; Conference Board September Expectations Index 73.3 versus August 73.8.
