Home Sales Rise

Home Sales Rose for the third month straight by 3.6% in June, to it's highest level since October, released this morning by the National Association of Realtors. (read more at Millennium-Traders.Com)

Initial Jobless Claims:
U.S. Jobless Claims rose 30K to 554 for week in July 18 compared to survey of an increase by 43K; U.S. Continuing Claims for week of July 11 fell 88K to 6,225,000; U.S. Jobless Claims Revised for week of July 11 to 524K From 522K.

Existing Home Sales:
U.S. June Existing Home Sales rose 3.6% to 4.89M rate; U.S. June Existing Home Sales Consensus came in at 4.85M rate; U.S. Inventory Of Unsold U.S. Homes at 9.4 Months Supply; U.S. June Median Existing Home Price fell 15.4% on the year to $181,800.
