INTRODUCTION
I believe that this topic will help the reader to have a clearer understanding of success and it provides what is needed to be done to maintain a successful life.
To a large extent, whatever one becomes in life depends on his personal decision. Life is what you make out of it. If you are not successful in life, it is your fault and not that of God. The Bible records that prosperity is the will of God for his children. Your life has been packaged by God for greatness irrespective of how and where you were born.
There is no theory or principle that states that once you come from a poor family background, you must remain poor forever. There is need for proper planning in life. Your life as a child is the product of the plans made for you by your parents or guardian, while your life as an adult is the product of the plans you made from your teenage stage to your present stage in life. This is why you need to make wise decisions today, so that in the future you will not look back and regret the decisions that destroyed you.

SUCCESS STRATEGIES
Anybody who wishes to succeed in life must first consider what success means to him or her. Some human resource and motivational speakers refer to the term "success" as doing well in what you know how to do, and doing well in whatever you do.
In my own opinion success is "having accomplished or achieved a set of positive desires, realistic goals and plans which individuals set for themselves at any given time." You should consider asking yourself this pertinent question- what does success really mean to me? At this point, we will look at some of the relevant strategies to be adopted for success to be achieved.
• Discovering your purpose in life.
Every individual has a unique feature which is quite different from that of other individuals. As a result of this, we have different purposes to accomplish in life.
If you decide to discover your purpose in life, you should try to discover your talents first, because it will easily help you to accomplish your mission in life.. In order to discover your talents, you should ask yourself these pertinent questions;
a. What do I enjoy doing that I can do with effortless ease?
b. What do I do better than others around me?
If you are able to provide answers to the aforementioned questions, then you are making headway towards discovering your latent talents.
Your purpose in life is simply using your talents and other abilities to serve humanity in such a way that it will not be detrimental to others in the society. Once you use your talents to serve this purpose, success is within your reach.

b. Have strong confidence in your abilities.
c. Remember your past achievements.
d. Love yourself.
e. Remember that there is something you can do better than anyone else.
f. Take your past failures as steps taken towards achieving great success.
g. Always fill your mind with positive thoughts.

Every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like kind. What we sow is what we reap. When you decide to choose actions that bring happiness and success to others, the fruit of your karma is happiness and success.
