I get around 10-20 junk emails daily and I simply send these kind of emails into Trash without reading. :)

I think you have missed the point.Do you get 20 mails a day seemingly from ROLCLub?

This is not ordinary spam, it is fraud.

I also began to receive a lot of special letters. But now all of them get in 2020 there are a lot more cybercrimes

It's a pretty common problem, man. But I'm pretty sure that you can unsubscribe from most of them at least. They all have an unsubscription link at the bottom of the email. By the way, do you have your own email signature? I've heard that it's a pretty cool thing to have.
