Greenzap Question

For some reason I do not have access to the GZ thread so hopefully someone that knows the answer to my questions will see this and help

I tried using GreenZap to pay for a digital camera from one of the merchants listed.

I asked the merchant how to buy with GreenZap

No response.

I asked GreenZap how to do it.

No response.

I asked again with different email address...

No response from merchant or greenZap.

I tried exchanging with merchant. Merchant took money.

I asked GreenZap what was going on since merchant just took money and wont send the item I wanted to buy (after I contacted merchant and got no response)

From GreenZap:
No response.

WTF is going on here?
