ICSC-Goldman Store Sales:
Consumers backed off for week of April 18, after 3 consecutive weeks of improvements. Same Store sales fell 0.4%. Year on year rates were down 0.1%.

Redbook:
Retail sales were soft for week of April 18. For year on year, increase by 0.1% versus increase by 0.9% and rose 0.4% in previous weeks.
State Street Investor Confidence Index: State Street's institutional investor confidence index climbed about 10 points during April to 70.2 with month-to-month strength centered in North America.
