Hi friend. I'm not sure just what it is you are after but would suggest that you Google skype that offers free worldwide phone calls and other services such as conference and family calls to people in two or three countries at once.
    Hope this helps. kapiti.

I don't know where you are but both our TELEPHONE COMPANIES offer this service for businesses who want their clients to call you from local or anywhere outside your city or country at no cost to themselves but you are charged for each call they make, or you pay a set prearranged fee. It encourages your clients to use your services.
Skype is cheaper to both parties providing they have the service. Are we getting there yet? kapiti

I'm in San Diego, California and doing business in Texas, New York and Illinois. So I do need a low cost per call like 1-800 toll free for the clients to call. I don't know if what your recommendation works this:(

I can only suggest that you contact the telecom company you are using now as they are the only ones that can help you. Sorry I can't help further. kapiti.
