    It was announced this morning that car maker and General Motors Swedish based Saab had filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. (read more)

    Consumer Price Index:
    U.S. January Consumer Prices rose 0.3% compared to consensus of an increase by 0.2%; U.S. January CPI Excluding-Food & Energy rose 0.2% compared to consensus of an increase by 0.1%; U.S. January CPI Unrounded rose 0.282%; U.S. January CPI Unrounded Core rose 0.177%; U.S. January CPI Energy Prices rose 1.7%; U.S. January CPI Food Prices rose 0.1%; U.S. Real Average Weekly Earnings fell 0.1% in January; U.S. Consumer Prices remain Unchanged from year ago, lowest since 1955.
