Metals Markets: Gold (CMX) shed $26.90 to close at $871.71 ($US per Troy oz.); Silver (CMX) shed $0.58 to close at $16.64 ($US per Troy oz.); Platinum (NYM) shed $56.70 on the day to close at $2,002.90 ($US per Troy oz.) and Copper (CMX) shed $0.05 on the day to close at $3.56 ($US per lb.).

Livestock and Meat Markets (cents per lb.): Lean Hogs (CME) shed 0.15 to close at 74.60; Pork Bellies (CME) gained 1.25 to close at 73.45; Live Cattle (CME) shed 0.65 to close at 99.63; Feeder Cattle (CME) gained 0.30 to close at 110.98.

Other Commodities (cents per bu.): Corn (CBT) gained 17.50 to close the session at 702.75 and Soybeans (CBT) shed 6.00 to close session at 1,441.00.
