Thread: Pips Realty

Is there any way we can ask BM about PIPS Realty and find out if it is
coming back as well? I invesed in it but haven't heard anything about it
for a long time. No payments being made. I'm assuming this is part of the
investigation as well. Does anyone know?

I'm glad you asked this question because I have been wondering, too. I am going to lose my home soon to foreclosure. I think I get to live here for another three months as the process takes that long, but then I will be outsed. The pips realty was my last hope for keeping this home. It would be great if it would continue.

Me Too! I also find myself in a tough position, waiting for Picrealty to get back up. I put in $17,000 Aus cold hard cash to get started and just got all my bank details to them waiting for the first payment when they went off line.

I read many times that Picrealty was a separate entity on its own, and thats why it was a good investment for both sides. Remember, Picrealty was not supposed to be the high risk that Pips itself was, as they were promising to pay our houses off in return for us giving them money to play with. Can anyone set me straight on the subject?

I also read that Picrealty was one of the sections that had been cleared by the bank, and we could expect them to be back on line by the end of September. Of course I am not complaining, if Picrealty is tied up with the others we will just have to wait, but perhaps Suzannah or Bryan may be able to shed some light and put us Picrealtors out of our misery.

Me too. We sold the business and put 17.000 US$ hard cash into Pipc Realty. No business no payments , nothting.
It would be very appreciated to get some more infor about Pips Realty coming back.

guys.. pips realty was part of the pips group of companies.. yes it was one that was closed at beginning of the investigation..hopefully for a lot of members it will be back

Even though PIPS Realty is a separate company it is still part of the group and everything has been locked down.

Realty payments were all going out on time up to the lockdown, but until everything is released there is no way of making payments at the moment.

I am sorry for those that were already approved in the program, but there is nothing we can do at the moment, it all lies with BN.

Be assured the PIPS Realty program WILL come back.
