    Dear All Members

    I'm Now Getting Very Sick And Tired Of All His Lies. I Was Kind Enough Not To Be Harsh To Him But All My Emails To Him Asking For Refund Was Not Replied. Moreover, Luke Says He Can Do Us A Refund If We Want To Be Out Of The Program But Till Now He Did Not Have Refund From Us. Where Is The Refund He Mentioned?

    Where Is The Form For Us To Fill Up For Refund Or Top Up???? Now He's Saying Otherwise That I Have To Wait For The Next Member To Buy My Membership Then Only He Will Refund. Does That Means He Has No Money To Pay Us Now???? Where Is The Money And Where Is Mr.t's Update He Mentioned????? Where Is The Next Trade???? Please Don't Tell Me This Is Nda That We Are Not Supposed To Know When Is The Trade????

    Where Is Our Funds????? What Happened To Our Funds After A Long Waits For More Than 2 Years Now.... Where????? He Always Say In His Update That We Are In Good Hands, We Are In Track And Our Goal Will Be Achieved Soon When And Where Is My Question??????????

    I Have Even Sent Him An Email That If He Lose The Fund Then Just Tell Us Via Email, We All Have The Rights To Know Where Is Our Funds But Don't Give Us False Hope... Few Months Back Mr.t Mentioned We Will Be Paid Once The Trade Is Over And In Fact Mr.t Mentioned The Money Will Be Paid But Where Is The Money Now???

    I Don't Wish To Enter The Next Trade You May Give Me 900% Return After This Month, All I Can Tell You Right Now Is I Don't Need The Trade Anymore. I Want My Original Investment Seed That's All And I Wish Not Have My Profit.

    I Will Give Luke Till End Of This Month To Give Me Back My Money If Not This Time I Will Take It Seriously To Legal Action. Believe Me I Will Do It If Not He Better Have An Explanation Make To Us. Look At The Whole Point We Were Fooled For So Many Months And How Long More Do We Have To Wait????

    All His Update Was He Will Send Us An Email Or Telling Us Good News But All His Good News Was A Fake News Fake Hope. I Don't Think Making An Explanation To Us Will Be That All Difficult After All. If He Can't Do It Openly In This Forum Then Send Us An Email And Explain Why This Is Happening And Please Stop Telling Me This Is Nda And You Can't Tell Us Anything. Nda Means You Can't Tell Which Party Is In Or The Process.

    You Will See My Action If No Reply By End Of This Month Luke.

    Moderator : I Have No Bad Intention Or Means To Be Rude Here But I Think We All Have Given Sufficient Time For Him To Proof Himself Well But It Seems That His Action Is Always Screwed Up.

    I HAVE ALREADY SENT A COMPLAINT TO THE FBI VIA ABOVE LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL LUKE'S EMAIL... A NOTE WAS SENT BACK TO ME THAT I HAVE TO PRESS CHARGES OFFICIALLY THEN ONLY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. BY END OF THIS MONTH, IF NO REFUND I WILL DO IT OFFICIALLY TO PRESS CHARGES ON LUKE.

    AND I HAVE ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT TO : Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)

    OK.... I have spoken to Luke about your request. He has told me that no refund request has been received that he has not honored, or is in the process of dealing with. Maybe you are using the wrong contact details.

    In an effort to try to help you, I will talk directly to Luke on your behalf. Please PM me here with your user name in Luke's program, and I will guarantee you a response within a reasonable time frame.

    If you do not send me your user name, we will all know that you are just show-boating on here, and your credibility will be questionable.

    Seems simple and fair to me.

    I will never ever forgive you! You should be ashamed of yourself. You are jeopardizing many people lives by your actions. I desperately need things to work and you are making it worse for all of us loyal, average folks. Many of us scrape by every month to pay rent and have food on the table and because of your sick and greedy actions, we may continue to struggle. WHY? Why do you do this to us?

    EVERYDAY I continue to hope and pray no one would jeopardize our situation, but look what YOU do! YOU YOU YOU! I am so mad that one person can screw things up! How can you be so patient with Bryan and PIPS, but be so freakin anxious with Luke. Luke is a good man, he is waiting for YOU to give him your details! Can't YOU understand that...simple! Provide your details and get paid your refund so you can go your merry way! Provide your details, I repeat!

    If you claim that he doesn't answer emails, you are either lying or not sending to the right address. Take Gosub on his offer and contact him and you will be refunded. You can even pm me with your username in the program and I will see to it that you are taken care of. Regardless, CONTACT ME OR GOSUB! Don't hide behind a screen and freakin screw everything up by contacting authorities. I can't believe you even wrote to them before the month is up. You contradict yourself! How is that for credibility? If you are MAN or WOMAN enough, you will contact them again and let them know you are taking back your complaint. WITHDRAW your complaint now!

    Do you really want deserving hard working folks to suffer all because you are impatient and can't follow directions in getting a refund?

He Already Knew Me And I'm Not Going To Send Him Another Email Asking For Refund Because I Have Already Done That So Many Times, He Knows My Username!!!! Many Months Ago We Communicated Via Email And When I Started To Ask For A Refund No Respond From Him Till Now.

    IF your username is already known to him, and you are unhappy with lack of response........ why not give that username here and get it over with. Put the whole matter to rest.

    astro2, why don't you pm someone here with your username. You can pm me or penonomegringo or whoever you like. Please do it for the sake of many lives. We are depending on you! There are many people who have waited with desperate situations and need this desperately. You could at least rest assured you have not caused them harm.

    Yogi or Marek,

    It's clear that Luke and Astro2 are talking past each other. One says that messages have been sent, the other says that no messages have been received.

    Luke has stated that he cannot refund because he has no info from Astro2. Astro2 says that Luke already knows his contact information.

    To put this to rest, can you not provide Luke with the IP address used by Astro2? Luke can match the address against his records to identify the member and send him a refund.

    Alternatively, can rolclub Admin act as a go-between? If Astro2 is acting in good faith, let him provide you with his contact info. Send it to Luke, and verify with Luke when a refund has been made. This would give both parties a chance to show good faith. Rolclub Admin has credibility with both parties, and this dilemma would be resolved.

    Just in case anyone is confused. Astro2 is Nelsonlee. The admin here can check this out. This is just one of eleven ID's he has, or had, on here.

    I spoke with Luke this afternoon. He is quite willing to deal with the refund. But he has no clue who he needs to refund. He has no outstanding requests.

    At this time, Astro2 has not pm'd his username to me. There is no evidence that Astro2 is even invested in the program.

    Put up or shut up, buddy.

    Some people just like to cause trouble. Because of his unwillingness to try to resolve the situation, it would seem that Astro2 is one of those people.
