Default Free Foreclosure Network USA Save Your Home Information

    Foreclosure Information:

With the foreclosure rates going through the roof with current recession, this information is for anyone having financial issues or job loss. Know your rights and learn the strategies to save your home.

Subject: Info for Possible Foreclosure Victims

This is for anyone facing foreclosure. There is a huge problem facing the banks attempting to foreclose.
Half of them do not have the mortgages or original contracts. If you are facing foreclosure, demand the bank foreclosing on you bring the original mortgage or original contract to court. Do this ahead of court date. If the bank cannot produce the ORIGINALS of either, the judge will have to deny the bank foreclosure. Also, the court cannot accept a bank producing a document purporting the mortgage as lost, such as in a fire, because the mortgages ARE NOT LOST in the sense of lost.

Banks bundled up mortgage loans into packages and sold them to investors, usually these have gone on to other investors and banks and rebundled and resold so that no one knows where they are or ended up. This dilema cannot be solved at this time and banks who are servers of the loans are trying to foreclose without the origional mortgages.
Therefore, you must demand the bank foreclosing, show the origional mortgage in court. If you don't do this, everyone assumes the bank has the mortgage and foreclosure can be granted the bank. The judge cannot rule on what is not before him or her. This is vital.

To see this happening in Ohio, google "Ohio judge denies 14 bank foreclosures." This sets precedent. This message will hopefully help people facing foreclosure.

into such dire straits. May I reproduce your message (with acknowledgements)
on another forum where I feel it will be of benefit?

    Greetings Paddy,

No problem, it is a little known fact to most, so the more people who learn how to save their homes, the better. We all know foreclosures are going to be in the millions this year, so if you can avoid it legally, do it. The greedy banks don't deserve to make money on both ends of mortgage.

    Good luck to all, Mike
