This program is'nt exactly a hyip, but much safer. They are based in Ontario Canada. Their address is exactly as mentioned on the website along with the telephone number.

I spoke with Brian Lindback who is the owner and administrator of the company. They deal in real estate transactions and their parent company is Northern Coupon of Ontario, Canada and has been registered there since 2001.

This is entirely different from other Hyips. your money (principal)is guaranteed and held in trust with the company's lawyers. They pay out different interest rates depending how long you loan them your money. Anywhere from 1 month to 6 months. At anytime , you may request payment of your principal back. They also have a unique marketing referal concept.

But enough said. Check it out for yourself at the signature below. Do your own Due Diligence as I did. Membership is one time $18 and investment into the program is anywhere from $1 to $1,000. If you wish to invest more then you need to contact them. Brian said the response has been far more than they anticipated and that at a future date they will suspend more new investment.

I am not sure. Does it mean if I will chose 6 month plan they will start pay me monthly but starting from 6th month ? Before I will receive no profit ? Or I am wrong ?

Hi Adron

I had the same question when I talked to Brian Lindback. At the end of 6 months your payments would begin. You would recieve 200% payments for 6 months starting from the end of your 6th month. Brian explained that , that is why they are able to pay such a large percentages , because they are able to work with your funds over and over again, they are able to payout such high percentages in the long term. However if you want money sooner than that, then take up the short term like 1 moth or 2.months. But remember your interest percentage will be lower. For me this is realistic business.

Here's an example, if you loan the $100.00 and choose the 6 month plan as I did , then you will recieve at the end of the 6th month $200.00 every month forward as long as you keep your money with them. I have no problem with that. Again the reason they can keep paying that amount is that they are continually using your money over and over again. This forum and others out there have people talking about massive amounts of payouts within a relatively short period from various HYIPs. There are Ads here advertising the very same thing. A small percentage of those programs are legit, but most are not because they are based on more numbers of people coming into a program to pay others. That is absolutely not what this is about.

The Networking part of this program offers some people the opportunity for the money quickly, but from a company stand point , this is not what they are about. It simply creates growth for the company. I've been in programs where the world is promised for doing nothing and that's what most of this HYIP world is about. I've lost $1,000s of dollars on alot of CRAP out there and I don't want to make money on other peoples losses. If your not interested in the referal part of the program, then don't. Simply pay the $18 membership fee and invest whatever you like and wait for your payouts.

I'm a member of FeederFund and have never invested one $1 into any of their programs because I guess like most of you I thought the interest seemed to low. However , Had I done so and avoided all the HYIP promises of MEGA millions that were promised by the scammers out there, then I would have been way ahead by now. You people are welcome to do your own Due Diligence as I did and talk to the man about his program. The company's address and telefone # are all legit. Tomorrow I'll address more on the marketing details and how you can involve yourself in the referal participation end and earn an investment sum to use in the program. But everyone here should at least be able to afford the $18 membership fee to get into the program. Signup itself is free.

However in the FAQ on the site it states

"Q. Will I get paid every month if I invest in the no-risk program?
A. Monthly payments will be made each and every month as soon as you decide to end your term length. The monthly payments will vary from 10% to 200% depending on your term length. (See Pay Plan) Monthly payments will continue for as long as you keep your original investment with FantasticPay. If you decide to request your original investment amount back then the monthly payments will end."

Could you please get some clear information from them, if your statement is true, then the info on their site is not very clear.

Arco You just beat me to it, I was about to post exactly the same question. I have emailed Brian to ask him this question too. Also if a six month term ends after six months, does a three month term end after three months?

Your absolutely correct. I made a mistake as I was trying to explain something else. Yes if you invest $1,000, then at the end of 6 months you will continue to recieve the 200% interest profits , ( which in this case would be $2000 a month ), as long as you keep your principal with them. Of coarse at that point, who in the world would want their principal back.

I just got off the phone with Brian 15 minutes ago. The program will begin May 1st, 2006. The company's forum is on the website and will open before that. Brian said it is not necessary to invest at this point, however some as myself have and it will show up in a few days in our backoffice. There is a software company that will be running the website as per being hired to do so. Brian and his associates will be busy with the real estate venture part of the program.

Brian said most of the real estate business will be done in mostly the non-booming areas of the country as this is how this venture will gain the most profit for this program. Interesting!

What is impotant is activating your account before you tell others and to be able to recieve spill over which is so far incredible. I've been in other programs which promised the so called forced matrix spill over, but never really seen it like this. I think people are really catching on to what this concept is about . It is important to note that Fantastic Pay does in no way earn it's money through the Matrix/MLM part of the program. This is done through real estate transactions. Brian has told me that outside Brick and mortar real estate company's around his area have heard about his concept and are worried about their own business commissions. I would suggest they climb aboard.

Anyway I'll be back later to discuss the marketing of the referal program and how you can start right now and create a little nest egg when investment time comes around. When the forum comes up and if we have any conference calls , you guys will really like Brian. He's entirely different from the Secretive Admins of these other programs out there.
