    Question Williams Fund...?

    Hello,

I just discovered Williams Funds yesterday, did read everything on their site...
I would just like to hear if anybody did invest with them and also your thoughts about it... williams-fund.com
Does it seem to be a scam or not? Too much interest to be real...?

    Thank you in advance.

    Sincerely,

    Max

20% plus per day? Can't be sustained in the long run. Although they do claimed to have been business offline since 1994. They also give a street address in the US (MN) and a company id number (22641-LLC
200504902 0013D). Anyone in the US verify the address to be legit?

    Williams Partners LLC
    2652 McNair Drv, Robbinsdale
    55422 MN (Minnesota)

As for verfication by NETIBA (The Internet Identity Bureau), I'm not a registered member for this group so I cannot confirm whether WF has infact been verified. And they also claimed to be verified by etrust, but clicking on the icons does not prove they are in fact verifed. You are just taken to www.etrust.org, proves nothing.

The poor grammer and spelling errors is also a red flag.

(real evidence that it is a scam) –

Info From www.Future4me.com HYIP Due Diligence Forum

After seeing certain comments on TG and just thinking how crazy the returns are I decided to stop electronic DD on host and domain checks etc., and go back and check the company information. It confused me as it was listed in a document link, but not with the active companies, so I applied to renew it and the database informed me that it was inactive, details as follows:

    Use the following link: https://online.sos.state.mn.us/abr/...nual_filing.asp

Type in the Company ID, which is: 22641-LLC

Now select Entity type as LLC and press continue and you'll get the following:

    LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
We are unable to continue processing your renewal online due to the fact that the business is inactive.

If this entity is inactive because of failure to file a renewal you may be able to file for reinstatement. The link(s) below will provide the necessary forms required for reinstating, instructions on how to file, and fee information.

    Limited Liability Company

If you have questions, please contact our Public Information Lines at 651-296-2803 or 1-877-551-6SOS(6767).

    File Number: 22641-LLC
    Entity Name: Williams Partners LLC

NetIBA certificate on the Williams site is not theirs, see copy of email (below) I got from NetIBA.

Do Not Invest in Williams fund and if you have then pull it back as fast as you can.

    Dear John,

Thank you for the email!!! The site in question is NOT an NetIBA certified site. Please do not not send him any money. NetIBA customers can download the NetIBA Consumer Protection Tool to search NetIBA certificates. You may click this link and down load the Tool if you wish: https://www.netiba.com/download.php

    Thank You,

I've recommended against this one several times in other forums. Hopefully my advice isn't wasted.

    Great DD on this one,
    Have a great day!
