Trading and Investment advise PLEASE

Hi guys, I'm really fed up with trading, I cant seem to get it right, I started out with my own money but I lost most of it and then I figured I needed practice so I started a demo account and with the rate it’s going I would be in serious debt. So right now I just want an investment that way I can get a monthly return I’m checking out dealsjamaica, and if I invest with them, im gonna get 5% interest monthly,. Maxinvestments is gonna give me 2% plus i'm gonna have to pay for withdrawals. I want to go with them but im not too sure yet. now can anyone send me a link with some companies that could give me a better rate? I like the 5% because I’m REALLY not into any High yield stuff because of the viability involved.

Ok so I’m not a quitter so y’all can send me trading advice as well and I’ll keep trying at least I can use the intrest from my investment to trade
