Luke is someone that I used to respect, he mentioned lots of things about PIPS. Well, I trusted him so much. Now, is so different! He always said he can't reveal much info because it's under NDA. Next he'll say he will pay us soon but when? Now, this is the 2nd year and we hear nothing from him other than all his BS story. Money in the bank can't be taken out because the bank refused to release, on the other note he mentioned everything is on track. So my question is what is on track????

Before 15th he mentioned he will send out updates now what???? Where is the update???? He used to say he will make payout soon but when???? This is full of BS and now I have no respect for him anymore. I'm sorry but I do hope he better do something because he has been taking our money more than a year+!!! If I can get half the payment I would be glad but please don't feed us with good news and later disappointed us. If the money has gone somewhere and you lose it then let us know. Stop BS because no one likes to wait for too long.

Luke -I know you are reading this message please be so kind to tell the truth. When people asked question in your forum you banned the member. My question is when to ask question? Everybody needs an answer because that's our money and we have every rights to know where is it NOT NDA.

Do not use NDA as an excuse to avoid all these. Before you invest into something I'm sure you read the documents, don't tell us that you didn't read the documents before signing! Don't come up with an excuse that the bank refused to release fund and it'll take 30+ days to get into the following trade. By the way your story us sucks! Sorry to say that but that's the truth of LUKE BORG.

I'm sorry, but you are dreaming if you think you will get anything from Luke. He has shown his true colors by not giving us any updates in months except,"I will send out email after Nov 15". We have been had. I now question if the egold was ever stolen. It may have been stolen but the culprit may have been someone else. Someone we trusted originally.

It has been months we are waiting, all he ever said was we are at the right track but what does it means of right track when no one receive anything. Remember in his forum, T mentioned they will do a payout but where is the money now????

Secondly, months ago, they mentioned 1st and 2nd payment will go to the Chinese Foundation and 3rd payment will come to us but what happened now??? Where is the money that is supposed to pay us????? Mr. T mentioned that he confirmed the next trade is in and now where is the money?????

He promises billions of payment and good news but where are the real things???? Each time when we asked question he will tell us he has signed the NDA and nothing he can reveal but on the other hand he can tell us everything is on track.

Luke, if the trade is not available just let us know, all I want is my money to be returned back to me. I don't care about the next trade that will fetch us 900% or 10000% return monthly because I don't trust you anymore. That's the bottom line.

In your private forum many of the members were so unhappy and we are not allowed to ask question. So, when are we going to get our payout??? 10 years later, 20 years later of at the end you will tell us we lost in the trade.

All I give you is till mid of January 2008 to make payout to me. If I didn't hear from you or no payout I ensure you I will take legal action. Put the bloody NDA aside as I don't trust you ever have the trade in hand.

So sorry Moderators for being so harsh, I have been up to my head and I want payment. It has been months Luke and T promised payout.

Luke sent out an email today. Below is his msg to all hyip effect members.

Hope you are all well and in good health! It seems I am not the only one who are glad to turn me back on 2007. Hopefully 2008 is different and prosperous for all of us.
I am waiting for the 7th January scheduled meeting to take place with the company involved. After the meeting I will have more clarity on the way forward.
There are a few misconceptions though and I think we should be very clear on this. Hyipeffect was a game. Period. No-one was scammed out of anything....it was never promoted as a Real investment. Just because I said I would try to make sure no-one lost in the game, still does not make it an investment.
I have received NO FUNDS from the bit that I could invest with a private group. We are all waiting for it to happen. I am not living in luxury on some island somewhere. I run a little video business to keep food on the table. That is no-one's fault but my own. Just trying to tell you how it is.
This is how it is going to work when we receive payment:

• Our first objective is to pay those who made nothing.
• Secondly those who partly made a little bit but still less than there original game amount.
• Thirdly to pay out to those who lost after the hack. I received about 25% of the hacked funds back and we are trying to get the figure to the 100% mark. (I will make all the correspondence between myself and the attorney available at the time, to confirm the amount that was recovered.)
• After that we can look at what is left and split it amongst members as fairly as possible

I cannot divulge any information regarding the investment made by the private group. It puts the whole group in jeopardy should I do this. This email will be on various forums before everyone has received it. I rest my case on that one. I will be breaching NDA agreements and the penalty for this is severe.
Someone asked me why I did not just shut the games down when it ended. It's simple. I wanted the losers in the game to make something as well. Seems my good intention has backfired somewhat. If I had any doubt that I could not come up with the goods, I would have informed everyone concerned long ago. I am not in control of the investment. The delays we had was, and is, frustrating to say the least. Like I said, hopefully I can start with our objectives very soon. There are a few members who I have paid from my own pocket, who seemed in dire straits with their finances, however, I can only do so much.
To those who still seems quite adamant that I was the hacker....I was prepared to have judgement taken against me, in order for the lawyer to freeze all egold accounts that the money was moved to in that few minutes after it happened. This can be confirmed by certain members of the EFFECT who I was in skype contact with immediately after the hack. Please, if I was a hacker you would all have had what you wanted and more....just because I know a bit about web sites etc, does not make me a whizzkid, far from it.
Ok, I have all the dbases intact, and when the time comes you will be contacted. I would like to thank the patient, silent majority for just that. All members have my email address. If you really need to say something to me, please use the email and I will try to reply asap. Shouting the odds on forums I do not even go to will change nothing.
