    Default Help with Outlook Express

    Hi

I am having a problem with my email program Outlook Express.

I cannot send email but I can receive email. I spoke with my Internet service provider and told me that my Outlook Express is faulty and I should re-downlod it again.

Sorry for being so stupid but can someone give me the link to re-download it.

Thanks sooooooooooooooo much for your help

sounds to me your server info may not be correct, I had that problem once and when I got the correct info all was fixed. Go to outlook, click tools > accounts> click properties >then click servers

    you will see
    incoming mail server
    incoming mail
    outgoing mail
    password etc......

if this info is not correct you will have trouble either sending or recieving mail

you should be able to contact your ISP for all the correct info here!

In addition to what goes4ever suggested make sure you have the correct Outgoing mail server address.
