Hmmm....Another program that has trouble meeting payouts.

This would be great if people were able to get something back, and if it is more than .10 on the dollar, it would be even more amazing. It is rare indeed to see anything left after regulators get done with expensing out investigation and data reseach, supposedly in the name of investors, so it will be interesting to see the outcome.
Just thought I would let you guys know that Dr Tan was re arrested last October and is serving the remainder of the 18 months sentence, he will be charged with another 58 counts soon so the case still rolls on hence no payout yet.
My contacts inform me there's about $2.2m still sitting in the Standard Chartered account Singapore attracting interest that will be distributed when this is over less of course the CAD costs, I know someone at Standard Chartered who has confirmed the account is still there.
I have contacts at Standard Chartered...best not to reveal them but I possibly may be able to get the account details if it would help?
I also heard that about $750k was subpeonaed from US payment processors by US Attorney Micheal Bruzzese acting on behalf of John Cunag AKA lighthouse, he may still hold some of this money in trust.
