I can't make out precisely at who your question is targeted at but I will second guess if I may...
Double check ?? ...You can always do that as there is nothing to restrain you from double-checking for your own comfort and assurance, just like I did by flying out there and taking the opportunity to check it out myself...of course, on my own costs and time.
To many who had earlier responded to the Police appeal and assumed all is safe (incl. yours truly) and can assume the absence of any acknowledgment as sufficient satisfaction for confirmation, no one is withholding you from that assumption either.
I knew we did too but we did not receive any response either and fortunately, we had the ability to have it confirmed personally from the very Department responsible for the case and at eye-level so to speak.
However, much to the amazement disclosed to my ears, ask yourself if you had indeed provided adequate information for the verification process to be ****uted flawlessly or you submitted bits and pieces of information that I can assure you, if that is the case, it would not have gone far and was either KIV'd or completely ignored and rejected and you can take it from me here, they are not wasting their time to send out emails correcting your incomplete submissions etc...
So, how sure can you be, noooo, I'm NOT asking you....I'd rather that YOU pose that question to yourself, its OUR money, not mine....
I say this too because I have received since yesterday's mailing to the membership, PMs submitting their information to me, some were completely copy-paste of their originals sent to the Dept and by George.... they won't get far with such inadequacies.... that's just the tip for those still hesitant on re-submission.
Remember, you help yourself to YOUR money...treat this initiative as instrumentally posed by ROLClub but has no relationship to any of your demise or concerns when claiming your GINS money...we can only wish you all the success at that if you do something serious and quick about it, as the last appeal may or may not come, I'm just trying o help those from within the ROLClub Forum.
I make no extra effort to go try save or help others outside this forum and onto other forums... I have enough work and leisure for other excitement....

Last yr I submitted my proforma form and got an acknowlegment back from Modi Shari that it was received. If you would like the form just PM me your email addy and I'll send it to you and then you can just send it directly to Modi Shari. I too remember the deadline of Nov. 30th of last yr but apparantly they are keeping it open according to Yogibrood.
Are you saying that if we sent off our proforma already last yr and received an acknowledgement back from Modi that we have to resubmit to you and yours is the official list? Or will the one sent last yr and acknowledged suffice?

Thank you Cmack and thats very true too, for what they are doing, "leaving it open" just hoping that the rest will have the time to gain strength, sense and speed in stepping up on it to claim what is rightfully theirs... he himself thinks, its a damn shame to let YOUR money stayed glued in their vaults by being complacent while it should be out of the door much sooner!!!
Yes, that pro-forma form is adequate but at that alone, some if not MANY, still goofed it with incomplete information...with that experienced by the receiving end i.e. the Police Dept, they just ignore and go on to the next form.... I sincerely hope anyone of YOURS was as good as the requirements listed in the Sample found in post# 18 for that would cover all grounds sufficiently after my discussion and tips received when exchanging thoughts with the OIC, Supt. Mohd. Shari.
On the second question, {the one sent last yr and acknowledged suffice}that is a VERY comfortable point raised for which I can unequivocally reiterate, Then, it is FINE for you and you don't have to resubmit!!! Period!
This mailing to the membership is targeted at those that are still unaware or have NOT responded or if they did, were not completely done as expected and of course, for those who had not received that acknowledgment, THIS IS YOUR Last chance...so think about it...for your sake, not anyone else....

I have been one of the many investors that do 'NOT' have a knack for getting nasty and verbose over these kind of sorry situations. Riding it out has been my philosophy of late. (over time I have read a lot of hot air... to say the least) Soooo, with that said, would it be possible to get this info and form so that I can mail it directly to Modi Shari. (contrary to what many believe, any investor that has 'invested' SHOULD get their investment back.... no matter how small... oh brother....)

If you are in anyway involved or were scammed of your investment sum, and you had no other knowledge or contact made to you, then this is an alternative, a last ditch alternative to lay claim or be left out by the Police disbursement eventually.
See above again in post #13 and #18 to make your choice and follow up from there accordingly, the choice is left to you, email direct to the Police dept or I can also list yours together with others already received by me that will subsequently be submitted to the Police either earlier or later when I travel back to the Far East, Singapore is a short stopover too for this opportunity.
If you have NOT been a GINS Investor, there is no need for you to demand what you posted here, your request will not be heeded nor answered or aided with documents of whatever nature, plain simple.
This thread was created to help those in need and who felt the need to help themselves given what is made possible, not to waste more time answering questions of an obvious nature that is already clearly stipulated both in the past from the Police and again here after my return and meeting with the Police Department.
I hope this is made clear for you. If you are an over sensitive person, this may seem abit hard sounding, if you are not, then its fine for this is simply a formal response with no personal undertone meant.
