Re Gins
Hello,
I wish to tell you that I did get a refund from Cad. The refund was sent to my stormpay account! Thats where the trouble started. Due to the involement with stormpay and 12 daily. stormpay without my prior knowledge (their terms and conditions of course) send my refund to 12 daily. Hence I never received any money due to stormpays actions.
As far as I know Peter involvement was to the very end. But once refunds were given I guess his particiaption was over. As far as SG is concerned, never knew what happened to him.
I hope this gives you some indication. Check your stormpay accounts.
Cheers kristin

GINS Refund
Well Guys,
The wway I see this now is:
- Either you want to get in line for the propsed 25% refund of your Investment in GINS and submit the complete info requested .....
- Or you forget your investment and move on.
This is the decision that each member has to make depending how much you want to trust others and how much you invested in GINS!
Good luck to all of you!

Thats right PaulM, that is what each individual has to consider, for himself to inherit that rightful amount and as much as it belongs to them.
However, it is NOT 25% as you have understood, it is as good as almost 100% less all the usual charges and fees that will be incurred prior to the transfer by the Authorities still withholding the large sum. One can then estimate and assume somewhere in the range of about 95% will make its way back to the rightful claimant.
The 25% is somewhat a ballpark figure reflecting the number of responses to the appeal...
So, it is NOT 25% of your money but close to 100% of YOUR money .... that is still ALOT NOT TO or to ignore!!!
Jimmy,
There is now a way, just to be sure like you will want to have for your monies too....simply make the extra effort and submit it to the Dept direct. Thats a guideline, the reason why it was needed to self secure one's own interest here, is also due to what took place, the Police had received bits and pieces from claimants thinking that this was not a serious matter to look into and/or be responsible in guarding and later distributing the money back to their rightful owners....
Is that string of requirements all that difficult to comply....to get hold of your money as compared to pages from any Insurance or medical form and thats no guarantee you will be considered?
I won't speak for you on any of your interests but the least can be achieved is to help you give some thought on what is before you and waiting for you to claim , given that you comply correctly and adequately....and NOT to me as the lowlife (and not new at any rate) of "newlife" wishes to suggest with his incredible mindset....
Heed the likes of such a person and be nowhere but heed the Police appeal and gain grounds to your rightful sum... thats the message here... but only a lowlife would not see that comprehension.
Thats amazing Kristin and rather unfortunate as well to have it landed up in Stormpay...I was also informed, as I did raise that issue too about those that had their investment made over through an E-currency platform/exchanger.... would that be recognized? The answer was: Yes but the return will only be to the Bank from hereon. No reason to further support that decision.
I just got this email stating that there needs to be a claim filled out for monies invested. Where is this on this RC site? I must be overlooking it somehow.... Thanks for you help!
sofia....
This is just another initiative to help in whatever way possible but is by no means an obligated commitment to each and every individual that has money laying in wait at the Singapore Police security vault.
For Krush and newlife, you do what you have to do and stay out on the street if need be and keep your noses on your birthday candles to yourself and decide for your own money... YOU ARE NOT asked to submit anything for your part to anybody that has NOTHING to do with your whatever life you lead... This is a final response to you both...your next reply(ies) will have no basis for further grounds and will be duly removed.

I have received PMs from this Appeal and as stated earlier, it would be kept "Confidential" and handed over to the Police OIC of GINSystem for further assessment prior to the decisive disbursement of the retained monies belonging to all those that had lay claims to it.
I will also add, on my observation, to others planning to submit theirs again, or once more, that the date of birth has relevance here. Besides it being a formality, it is also to distinguish if YOU ARE NOT a minor under 18years (I wouldn't take too serious about this requirement as some two "juvenile-like" we have heard from two posters earlier had made it out to be), but it also has to do with correct compliance to their procedures in screening and verifying the process.
You are again reminded, it is your choice and FREE will as to which and whom to send your required information to comply with the last Appeal given by the Singapore Authorities. I don't plan to include YOURS with others that submitted through me if you do not wish to, for you can also do it directly with the above email address.
Furthermore, YOU ARE NOT compelled to send any if you do not wish to either.
Also, if you do not have any other form of identification to support your full name, such as a passport or NRIC or fiscal Nr, (bear in mind, the string of requirements did not ask you on this) however, a date of birth can impact greatly with their discretionary methods during verification such as with the bank you disclosed to have an account with, this is MHO here.
Heed the silly tantrums of the two silly posters...and you decide which is far more serious to consider...your money or just two incumputs we have heard!

That claim form I think, will not be sent out but more of a final appeal and with that said, I cannot envisage to what extent that appeal might again entail.... as I had gathered, it was a breath of disappointment at the low response rate of about 25% to wish to claim their money back!
However, this new simplified draft was discussed when I was there and I bring it out to this Forum, see post# 18, take & copy-paste the sample and use it for re-submission.
Yes, the window to retrieve is VERY REAL and is available but you have to prove YOU are the person they have and see in their records as seized from the clampdown and all documentation confiscated.
good luck and waste no time on your right to claim your share as deserved.

Can I just double check with this then that if you have already filed your claim within the original process and deadline and this has been acknowledged there is no need to re-submit this now?
Thanks in anticipation.
