Those who are in Luke's program is fully aware that now he has a different story to tell.Now he's in a different story.

At first he said he is going to Switzerland to get money, few days ago when Mr.T posted he said the money is still in the holding account.

What happened to the Chinese Foundation????? What happened to all his promises and expect payout somewhere between 23 - 30 March this year????Luke mentions 1st and 2nd payment to Chinese Foundation what about the 3rd payment?When he said 1st and 2nd payout to Chinese Foundation why can't he pay us on 3rd payment?Why Mr.T mentioned the money is sitting in the holding account but why does Luke mentioned in the forum that he's going to Switzerland????

Luke mentions he was in Switzerland to pay to enter the 2nd trade now Mr.T mentioned the money is sitting in holding account.

Can you see the different "statement" mentioned between both of them????I sent emails to Luke demanding him to clarify till now no reply from him.He has hundreds of good news where are all the good news?????

Luke what other excuses you are going to tell us now?????Now you are going to blame me that I caused the payout to delay or I caused the program to stop, let me tell you something, you use our money for something else.You never enter the trade or you take our profits without paying us.

I demand for an explanation right now!

Interjection: Any explanation, subject as and to be viewed as a response to your "supposedly allegations" will be left to the discretion of Luke, his lawyers and to the wider HE Type acct holders that have not breached their NDA as agreed upon joining the program. - YB.

I will lock this thread. There is substance here (or is it suppose to lead me to believe???) and this can and should be clarified by Luke, nothing, if any, as regarded CONFIDENTIAL nor related as NDA... is or be a tantamount reason, to respond to this disclosure by Nelson... this is clear confrontation for a reply by Luke. Luke has a Sticky thread to his access, please use that and all HE Type acct holders reading this post should go there to read Luke's reserved reply on this.

I had Luke on hand informing me that any, if ANY albeit public or private investment undertaken, has any bearings as it was again thouroughly evaluated (by the Solicitor) on the substance and position that Nelson Lee had forfeited, by his breach of NDA, to force Luke to be intimidated to responding this cowardly allegation and/or confrontation on our Forum.

Facts by postee are significantly "screwed up" and reflect little or no relationship to the HE type your accounts have been invested in. I hereby lock this thread and as for all patient acct holders, you will appropriately be notified when the messy process has been cleared and that I was assured again by Luke, is stiill underway to be retrieved as soon and as much as possible from and I quote Luke:

....the trading company today to give me to return my principle and give back the hacked amount percentage received to the HE members involved, plus the little bits from HE1 and 3 to people who have made nothing from the GAME. unquote.
