me too i think investing money completely secure and without risk with a fixed monthly return is probably impossible. the only program i really recommend because i'm invested for a long time now (over 1/12 years) and because it is a HYIP-pool is "FEEDERFUND"! there you can diversify your money investing in different programs verified by the program holders. returns are not fixed but between 3% and about 20% depending on the programs you choose. there always remains a risk but with this one it's surely a lot smaller than with others paying you very high or fixed daily returns! if you want to have a look at it:
