you must be kidding, these people always reply, try again to contact from another email. might be that your emails not going through. wire orders takes up to 7-10 days.

Same experience here... I dealt with them about 10 days ago and at that time, they replied to a question within one or two dayes like they did in the past.
Maybe a stupid remark but... remember they might only be working at (+- Western European) daytime.

You are wrong about ice-gold , they work always very fast and if you call them then they always pick up the phone !
But you have to read the Office hours: 8 AM - 4 PM GMT, business days !
Maybe for americans they are not the best option but for sure for europeans !

I agree, they work always very fast and if you call them then they always pick up the phone !
Please note when you are seling e-Gold there is one section which tell you exactly what is fee and you can select express option (the same day) or normal (5-7 days).

Why I am wrong, I spoke with a lady on the phone and she couldn`t find after 7 days my wire, she said that she would look for it and will come back to me.
I had send money several times with no problem, but the last time, they didn`t tell me anything, was something not ok. So for me the next time waiting only 2-3 days and call them again.
