About Director manager:
Our principal consultant is Dr.Richard Ray. His interest in international selection began a decade ago, derived from his experiences as a trade commissioner (Canadian Trade Commission 1986 - 94). After becoming an academic (Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Deakin University, 1994 - 97), he undertook doctoral research on market screening, then growing a market research group.
