U.S. December CPI Energy Prices rose 4.6%; Food Prices rose 0.1%; U.S. December CPI Unrounded rose 0.505%; Core rose 0.092%; U.S. December CPI Ex-Food & Energy rose 0.1%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.1%; U.S. December Consumer Prices rose 0.5%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.5%.

Retail Sales (MoM):
November Retail & Food Sales Unrevised at +0.8%; U.S. December Retail & Food Sales Excluding-Autos rose 0.5%; U.S. December Retail & Food Sales rose 0.6%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.9%; U.S. Real Average Weekly Earnings fell 0.4% in December.

Capacity Utilization Rate:
U.S. November Capacity Use Revised to 75.4% from 75.2%; U.S. December Capacity Utilization rose 0.6-Pt at 76.0%; Compared to Consensus of 75.6%.

Industrial Production (MoM):
U.S. November Industrial Production Revised to +0.3% from +0.4%; U.S. December Industrial Production rose 0.8%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.6%.

University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index:
University of Michigan 5-Year Inflation Forecast rose 2.8%; University of Michigan Mid-Jan Current Index 79.8; University of Michigan Mid-Jan Sentiment 72.7.

University of Michigan Inflation Expectations:
University of Michigan Mid-January Expectations 68.2; University of Michigan 12-Month Inflation Forecast rose 3.3%.

Business Inventories (MoM):
U.S. November Business Inventories rose 0.2%; Was Expected to increase by 0.8%.
