Promotion conditions:

1. Bonus can be granted to a client several times to the same one account on the condition that there can be only one active bonus at once.
2. Bonus is granted to a client, who made a deposit in amount starting from 500$. Internal transfer is considered to be a deposit. The maximum bonus amount is 6 000 USD.
3. The loss of the client’s account consists of client’s money and 60% bonus. For example, if the loss is 160$, 100$ of these 160$ are client’s and another 60$ is the bonus sum.
4. If bonus is credited to a “Standard” or “Fixed spread” account, trading conditions for this account will be changed to those similar to “Unlimited” account types. “Cent” accounts are not eligible for bonus crediting.
5. In case any amount is withdrawn from a bonus account, bonus funds are cancelled in full extent.
6. The first bonus can be granted only to the account, that has never been traded on.
7. The maximum available leverage for a bonus account is 1:200.
8. In order to get bonus, it is required to confirm its crediting in client’s Personal area.
9. In case bonus is repeatedly credited to an account, its amount would make 60% from the total deposited amount to this account since the last bonus cancellation.
10. Bonus can be used in trading only and cannot be withdrawn from a bonus account. Withdrawals from a bonus account with opened orders are unavailable.
11. In order to get it once again, the remaining amount should be withdrawn. The amount of bonuses that can be credited to one account is unlimited. If account balance becomes less than 1 USD, the balance is annulled.
12. Should any profit remain on a bonus account balance after bonus cancelling, profit can be withdrawn via the following payment systems: wire transfer to personal bank account in USD or EUR; to personal bank accounts in BCA, Mandiri, BNI (for Indonesia), to Webmoney purse (with personal approval and browsable name). Client's initial deposit can be withdrawn back to the same payment system used for depositing.
13. Bonus cannot be credited again in case since the last bonus crediting there is some profit received from trading.
14. Bonus can be granted only to an account that does not take part in any other promotions. Any account where bonus has been granted cannot take part in any other promotions held by the Company.
15. Bonus funds cannot be provided to 2 accounts traded on from the same IP-address (or one computer), even if they are registered under different names.
16. Bonus cannot be provided for a client in case any order inter-crossings with other accounts are detected (if there are opposite orders on the same trading tool on different FBS accounts).
17. Bonus remains in complete ownership of FBS and can be deducted from client’s account anytime. The Company’s decision is peremptory.
18. In case FBS notices or suspects a client to violate or attempts to violate any FBS promotion conditions, the Company has the right to decline all further requests for bonus crediting or annul the present one.
19. As circumstances may require, FBS has the right to: (a) detain, cancel or deduct from client’s account or several accounts Bonus 60% FX AirBag; (b) freeze client’s access to the company’s services or dissolve the present services provision agreement (Customer Agreement); (c) block client’s account (except for the cases when the permission of external regulatory agency is required) and transfer the remaining funds from account balance directly to the client (excluding any other additional bonuses if applicable).
20. If FBS has any grounds to suppose the client abused any promotion conditions by applying internal hedging strategy (with the help of other accounts opened at FBS), the company reserves the right with no prior notification immediately deduct Bonus 60% FX AirBag (and all extra bonuses if applicable) from client’s trading account (accounts) or from hedged accounts.
21. Should a client log in a trading platform with a bonus trading account on the same device that has been used for trading on bonus accounts of other clients, and at the same time profit from trading on any of these account is detected, the company has the right to consider this as a major violation of the promotion conditions (Bonus cannot be credited again in case since the last bonus crediting there is some profit received from trading) and to close currently open orders, remove bonus and all the profit completely as well as close client's trading account and dissolve an agreement with him/her unilaterally. Initial deposit in such a case will be returned to the client's personal bank account.
22. FBS is entitled to alter and cancel any of the present promotion conditions in its sole discretion or bring any of them to an end.
