Buffalo Wild Wings, profit jumps 29% in 4th quarter, beating Wall Street expectations. Co said it earned $7.7 mil, or 43 cents per share, up from $6 mil, or 34 cents per share, in the same quarter last year. Revenue increased 32.6% to $121.2 mil from $91.4 mil.

(AIPC) - buy
American Italian Pasta, 1Q profit surges on sales. The company reported earning $26 million, or $1.23 per share, compared to $1.4 million, or 7 cents per share, during the same period a year ago.

(STR) - short
Questar Corp, issues downside guidance for FY09, sees EPS of $2.50-2.70 vs. $3.13 consensus, down from previous guidance of $3.05-3.25.

(TEX) - short
Terex Corp, reported a fourth quarter net loss and warned that it could violate a credit covenant before the end of the current quarter. Co also issues downside guidance for FY09, sees FY09 revs declining 30-35%, which equates to $6.43-6.92 bln vs. $8.14 bln consensus.
