Default New York Market is Dead
Toll Brothers CEO is now admitting the NYC market is "dead." The supply in manhattan is overwhelming right now.. well at least in the one bedroom market. Anyone want to venture a guess when this will turn around?

Not only NYC market but there is a down slide in global market. Oanda trading table shows a bit of affect on forex trading as well, but as the traders now are more cautious there will be no real threat for forex market.
