As with all new FOREX Trading Systems, or Robots, as they are referred to, we all need to do our own due diligence and evaluate them personally. FAPTurbo is new, so given the stock market has crashed, many new investors are looking at FOREX markets, hence, it is good to see a low cost entry level program like FAPTurbo come to market.

I had been evaluating IntelaTrader up to this point having dumped FreedomRocks last year given changes in interest and negating the spread play they has used effectively when it started. I did well in 2007, but backed out in early 2008, so I thought it would be interesting to see a thread with comparisons and reviews being posted so we can all learn more about this exploding FOREX market.

Having been involved in FOREX off and on for many years, I was always looking for an automated trader for I do not have the time to devote to chart watching like I started with. The learning curve is ongoing, and for newbies to FOREX can be overwhelming, hence, I started looking at all the robot automated trading systems, so given the price point with FAP being so low, this one has a lot of potential if it works as promoted.

Like all trading systems, it takes time to evaluate, and although my results have been good to date, I am comparing to IntelaTrader which I am also running to compare results. Let the fun begin. With FOREX, there is no up or down market the same as we have seen with stock market or commodities, so this is the place to be in a recession or depression, we can still make money in FOREX.

Why not make that a sticky? I am not affiliating FAPturbo, so its really completely unbiased (most other threads about FAPTurbo here just try to sell it.. I don't do that.. maybe later when I can really show its a profitmaker)

I wonder where you have been, since FAPTurbo started back in November 2008.

Beside the excellent robot they have created, they are also very diligent to educate us about the ins en outs of forex. The forum is wonderfull, and the moderators there very patient and explaining everything. News and warnings are posted there as well to warn us not to trade because of holidays or wild markets.

Since a few weeks they also have started weekly metoring sessions, for a small fee, and now and then also free mentoring sessions.

All I can say is that I am very pleased to have started this (however my account is at about 10% loss right now, but I have just started, I am sure it will recover soon)

Note that Forex IS a high risk investing opportunity, do not invest all your retirement savings in it, because even with FAPTurbo it can happen you loose everything.. That is not FAPturbo's fault, that is just what forex is.

Make sure you find a good borker.. low spreads are essential!! As I discovered today

I ran a backtest with ForexMeta (FXDD) and Alpari UK, with the same settings:

EURCHF M15 Scalper
LRR: 25
MaxSpread: 7
everything else default
Start balance $5000
Time frame: April 1, 2008 to April 3, 2009

Result ForexMeta: $13026 (+160%)

Result Alpari UK: $33246 (+568% !!)

As a matter of fact I have a live account with ForexMeta, as this was the advised broker at the time I signed up with FapTurbo (Now it is FXCBS or something).. Alpari is the broker most of the FATurbo members use.

Bad reviews come from people that do not take the time to learn the program properly and do not follow the advise clearly stated in the manual

Mistake #1: people join a bad broker!, with too high spreads and then start to complain Fapturbo does not trade.. if they had read the manual they should know why.

Mistake #2: people trade the long term strategy with small accounts and then complain their account was wiped because of one stop loss... If they had read the manual, they should have known that they should have an account of at least $10.000 to use the long term strategy.

Mistake #3:People do not give it the time to prove itself, start complaining it doesnt work after using it for 3 days and have a stop loss during that time.

Mistake #4: People start trading all pairs. while you can read everywhere which pairs to avoid at this time (USDCAD and GBPCHF allmost never used, Eurgbp has a difficult time right now.. more and more people are dropping that one due to the many stop losses it had the last few weeks. Eurgbp used to be the best performer)

Mistake #5: However it is advertised as a set and forget system, when using default settings, performance can be greatly improved by monitoring it on a daily basis and adjust the settings according market conditions.

Right now I am using eurchf only and was in profit with that pair, what reduced the week to a not so good week was I traded usdcad with another EA. Fapturbo was very profittable last week if traded eurchf only!!

So YES fapturbo works! If used with care, trade the pairs that are showing the right conditions, drop the ones that are looking bad.. if you are nor sure, lower the LRR note this can change on a day to day basis.

I have joined an IB that tells me these kinda things every day. If I had followed his advise (which I did not with usdcad) I would have been in profit this week with about 20% or something. See my Watch it from the start.. thread :-)

Dude, this is the real deal..I was really skeptical as there is a lot of BS Forex Products in the market..But so far FAPTurbo has lived up to its hype...yea I don't make what it claims to make on the sales page, but nonetheless I make enough to be really happy...

But one thing I have learned is that tweaked settings are better than default settings...I have been tweaking the settings and I think now they are optimum.

I also made a guide that I am just going to give out for free to help fellow FAPTurbo members.

I have read a lot of positive reviews for fapturbo can someboy share your expierence how much money you made with this robot?

I have dropped Fapturbo, as it was less performing and made me loose money september and oktober. I still have to sort out activation issues with the the latest revision (49) which seems to work a little better, it has also a new pair added USDCHF, which seems to work pretty well on default settings. But.. I found out I can make a lot more with manual trading, so I do not really bother to have it working again.

As far as EA's goes, I am using Lexus only at the moment (however it has performed misserable lately) The owner developper is devoted to make us succeed.. ever heard of a EA provider that offered a deal to aliviate a week of bad trades due to his EA? Well, Lexus has done just an hour ago! He felt so bad for his members he offered us the use of a normally very expensive EA, low risk but 10-15% profittable per month, currently allready 25% profittable for November.. How about that!
