    Default Position sizing

Position sizing is very important in Forex trading. It is a second aspect of risk management. The position size and the stop loss price determine the amount of money at risk on each trade. Generally speaking, traders do not risk more than 5% – 10% of their total account equity on each trade. Actually I risk only 2% of my equity. Because My broker AAFX provides me high leverage up to 1:2000.

Traders have to pass much time with the market to get rid of this fear. A good understanding of the market helps generate accurate signals. Eurotrader provides a free educational program and a demo account to educate their traders.

Learning and training are very important as a trader. That is why I regularly attend education provided by Tickmill broker. By doing so, I can better understand how it works and make me better at trading on a real account.
