FXOpen Announces the Launch of PAMM ECN Accounts on MetaTrader 5
Dear Clients,
FXOpen is pleased to announce the launch of PAMM ECN accounts on the MetaTrader 5 Platform. Trading conditions for PAMM ECN accounts on MT5 are the same as for those on MT4. Only ECN trading accounts are currently supported in MetaTrader 5.
The new platform supports the import of trading history from MT4 and MT5 accounts, as well as from MyFxBook. FXOpen clients who trade on MT4/MT5 accounts have the opportunity to use FXOpen Analytics to get an overall view of how account statistics looks like after its import to PAMM service.

MetaTrader Update Required
After 1 March 2019, MetaTrader 4 desktop terminal builds below 1118 and MetaTrader 4 Android terminals below 1104 will no longer be supported. Older terminals will not be able to connect to FXOpen trading servers.
We recommend updating your servers to build 1170 released on December 20, 2018. The update features error fixes and platform stability improvements.

FXOpen Increases Margin Requirements for Turkish Lira
Dear Traders,
Due to increasing volatility of the Turkish Lira, FXOpen raises margin requirements for EURTRY and USDTRY up to 5 times their normal level starting from March 28th, 2019.
We will additionally inform you when margin requirements return back to their normal values.
Please, remember, that abnormal market conditions increase the risk of slippage.

Easter 2019: Changes to Trading Hours
Dear Traders!
Due to the celebration of Easter on Sunday, April 21, 2019 you will experience the following changes to trading hours.
Thursday, April 18th
- Australia 200 (#AUS200) - trading ends at 17:00 GMT+3
- All other financial instruments will be traded without changes.
Friday, April 19th
- Forex and Crypto pairs will be traded without changes.
- CFDs (metals, indices, energies) will not be traded. Trading will be closed all day.
Monday, April 22nd
- Forex pairs will be traded without changes.
- Commodities (metals, oil, gas) will be traded without changes.
- Indices:
- Australia 200 (#AUS200) - trading closed
- Europe 50 (#ESX50) - trading closed
- France 40 (#FCHI) - trading closed
- Germany 30 (#GDAXI) - trading closed
- Germany 30 Mini (#GDAXIm) - trading closed

FXOpen added possibility to get analytics widgets for Forex accounts
FXOpen added possibility to get widgets with information about the trading account in FXOpen Analytics (a web-based application for collecting statistics and analyzing the performance of Forex accounts).
The widgets display daily and monthly gain and drawdown. They can be published on any website by adding the generated widget code to the web page code. Clicking on the widget redirects the user to a page with detailed information about the trading account. The information is updated daily at the end of the trading session.

From July 1, 2019 MetaTrader 4 old versions will no longer be supported
Dear clients,
Please note, that starting from July 1, 2019 FXOpen client support for MetaTrader 4 lower than 1170 build will not be provided. This means that the terminal old builds will no longer be able to connect to the brokers' trading servers, and servers running under old versions will not receive any updates.
You can download an updated version of trading terminal using links on this page
The latest MetaTrader 4 build 1170 includes error fixes and improved platform stability:
- Added profiling of plugins for evaluation of their performance and eliminating possible problems;
- Improved backup system performance;
- Accelerated operation of the built-in STP-gateway;
- Corrected crash logs.
We ask you to update all your servers (including test and developer platforms) to the latest build 1170, and also to inform your clients about the need to update terminals to the latest versions.

43% of FXOpen clients are profitable
Almost a year has passed since the new rules for European brokers working with private traders entered into force. The Finance Magnates editors analyzed how the profitability indicators of retail broker clients changed.
Profitability rates
As you can see from the chart below, the spread of values is very large. Some brokers managed to keep customers who earned more than a year ago. And some brokers failed. However, 17 brokers out of 35 improved their indicators.
In particular, FXOpen broker lead in the table in terms of profitability of its clients this year, having increased the rate from 22% to 43% in a year. In total, 9 brokers reported that the profitability of retail traders did not change and another 9 reported a deterioration in performance. On average, the profitability of retail customers rose to 25.1% compared with 23.5% in a previous year.
