    Default Trouble Logging In

    HELP PLEASE!!!

    I'm trying to log into PXPS, but am getting "ID/Password Incorrect". I know I'm using the correct password and ID. Also, when I try to log onto "Help Desk", I'm getting a similar message.

    Any ideas what might be wrong and what I should do? Thx!
