When I try to log in to the new site, I get an error saying my username/password is not found.

I've tried all the support numbers (get all circuts busy or the people who answer the phone have never heard of the program), tried to submit a ticket but the system won't let me, even submitted a ticket to picpay support with no luck.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there ANYONE I can contact who can really help me on this?

Have you ever got into the account?

if yes then go to Member Area> reset PIN

If no, then you will need to call them as the likelihood is that you have a character within your Username or password which the new platform does not recognise.

I am closing this thread and all that are related to the Marsdens/PIPS/Hallotto disguise deceit.
