Thread: Trouble placing support ticket in PP-should I cancel all ..

I am trying to cancel all of my debit card withdrawals that I have placed in the system since February. However, everytime I go in an create and submit the support ticket it never shows up on my support ticket list. Has anyone else had this problem? And do you guys feel this is a wise thing to do? I am sure no one probably knows what will become of the debit card withdrawals and I really hate to lose my place in the queque, but I have over $25K in DC withdrawals spread out between February and June. What do you guys think??

I also had trouble with the support ticket system. I tried atleast 4 different times to submitt a trouble ticket and it would either show closed the next day with no response or it would put someone elses name on my ticket. Eventually I just called them, it costs quite a bit but I had to. I would suggest calling them to cancel you wd.

I just submitted a ticket last night, Fri, 12 Aug at approx 9 pm CDT to cancel my DC w/d for Feb and I received notification this morning that I had a response to my ticket.

I opened my account and found the w/d to DC had been cancelled and the funds back in my account today, 13 Aug. So the ticket system does work, at least part of the time.
