A friend has recently had a conservatory built to extend their property following which some cracking occurred. Rather than being a result of subsidence/heave,etc it has emerged that the firm responsible for building the conservatory had not gone deep enough when digging the foundations and have now suggested that to remedy the situation they would underpinn the conservatory. However, working in insurance myself I am aware that underpinning has a negative impact on buildings insurance but as I am not an expert in this particular field I would appreciate some advice. The building firm are saying that because the underpinning is being done purely to remedy the situation and not due to any subsidence then this would not have the same effect on insurance, however the concern is that any future problems with the conservatory would not necessarily be resolved by underpinning and that insurers would still impose a higher premium because the conservatory has been underpinned regardless of the reasons for doing this. Could you please advise whether in your experience this situation would have a negative impact on future insurance in which case my friend should not accept the firm's offer to underpinn and would instead ask them to pull it down and start again.

I am not a theatre or a movie buff. I cannot remember if I ever purchased a T-shirt as a commemoration of a movie (although I will not deny that had one for the popular musical titled "The Phantom of the Opera sometime ago). In fact I am one of those people who prefer going to the movies alone. The reason behind this is that I personally believe that most people become stupid when they enter the premises of a theater.
The character had been made much popular by Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical adaptation of the famous novel that had been titled “Le Fantôme de l’Opéra” by the famous French author named Gaston Leroux. Now that it is in its farewell tour, the popular musical named “The Phantom of the Opera” is undoubtedly one of the most successful entertainment ventures that were seen by the 20th century. It is also one of the longest running shows in the history of Broadway.
Amongst the audience that went in to see the musicals named “The Phantom of the Opera” or “A Chorus Line” the majority had gone not because that’s what one did when they were visiting New York but because they were true believers for whom love of the musicals had brought much happiness and in some weird way also social acceptance.
The members of The Really Useful Group (that is also abbreviated as the RUG), as Lloyd Webber’s company is called, had graced the occasion along with Ms. Salonga. Mr. Cundall also gave several hints regarding that Cats had been the beginning of RUG’s long term relationship with the Philippines. Get your cheap phantom of the opera tickets before they sold out.

The famous rapper Eminem's single titled "Love the Way You Lie" has been on the top of the Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart for four consecutive weeks now. It has been holding off a strong number third single by the famous singer named Taylor Swift. Her single titled "Mine," is the very first single that features on this celebrity’s latest upcoming music album. It had been rush-released to all the digital retailers across the globe late last Wednesday. This had been post a low-quality leakage online of the respective single.
After just being on sale for hardly four full days it managed to sell almost 300,000 downloads, which had been not only the fourth-best of the current year but the eighth-best ever in the history of music. The song had managed to top the Billboard's Digital Songs tally which had sent Eminem to the second number with his single “Love the way you lie” with sales of 281,000.
Joseph Kahn who had been responsible for penning the treatment for Eminem's single titled "Love the Way You Lie" music video that had also featured the pop sensation named Rihanna, has revealed that the recently-revealed video clip is not in any way regarding the Slim Shady or even the Barbadian songstress. Eminem who is also tagged as the "Graffiti" singer had been quick in brushing it off and the media had been told to move on to some other question. What’s more Kahn had also told the channel MTV that he was well aware of the fact that the topic of abusive relationships is not only a sensitive issue for Eminem but also for Rihanna and their ex-lovers since they had been the ones who has gone through that situation. To see Eminem rocking performances buy cheap Eminem tickets and see him live in his shows. Now a days the cheap eagles tickets is on the top but the tickets of lady gaga concerts are also avialable to enjoy rocking music.

The latest pop sensation Lady Gaga chatted with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show that comes on daily regarding the appearance that she had made during an ongoing Semi Precious Weapons' afternoon that had been set at the venue of Lollapalooza in Chicago on the 6th of August that had been a Friday. On the same day that is the 6th of August the Semi Precious Weapons had cleared to the MTV News post their set, Gaga had been a witness to the respective band (that had given an opening act on her popular Monster Ball tour), and while they had been in the middle of their performance, she had stood up and walked to the stage. This is when she had started playing the drums, and had then gone on to give backing vocals before they had dived into the crowd with the respective music band’s front man named Justin Tranter.
The respective pair had been seen making out whilst they had been lying on top of the fans that had joined them on that stage, and for the poker faced singer not only had it been a liberating but also a much fun moment.
Gaga had told the media that there had been several things that had been a source of inspiration for her lately which had been inclusive of the recent overturning of the Prop 8 in California. Now a days the justin bieber concerts is on the top but the tickets of cheap eagles ticketsare also avialable to enjoy rocking music. She said that it had felt as if she had been a part of the revolution and when the gunshot had went off she had been extremely excited.

The popular music band Pink Floyd’s founding member named Roger Waters had experienced no qualms whatsoever regarding the issue of permission to a Canadian band that had wanted to rerelease Pink Floyd’s classic song titled "Another Brick in the Wall" for the purpose of being used as an anthem for the young Iranians.
This had been a Toronto-based music band that is named Blurred Vision and it is composed of two band members who are its front men. These are two exiled Iranian brothers who have re penned the lyrics so that they would be a better expression of the resentment that is felt by the young Iranian’s toward their government. In Iran it is not legal to make and play rock music.
Waters had revealed in an interview that he had been very encouraging towards these artists that they should use the respective song for resisting all kinds of oppression.

He gave another statement that the respective band in his view was playing a significant role in "the fight against the government that was not only repressive but also very brutal. What’s more Waters had also taken time out from the continuous rehearsals he had been a part of in order to talk about the aforementioned issue.
He had said that he had not only been pleased with but was also a firm supporter of the resistance of school children in South Africa who were falling victim to the repressive and the brutal regime and that he also applauded the efforts of all those who had been supporting the resistance of the Palestinian children in Gaza and also the West Bank. Here is the easiest to see roger waters live shows buy cheap roger waters tickets and enjoy his rocking concerts.
