I calculated on the 7% a month deal and found out that you can make
first year non-compounded 84% or 252 % after 36months.
(principle given back after 36 months). All money can be WD'ed each month. After first 12 months you can WD 84% (not principle). But after second year you can wd again after another 84% again (not principle), and with a 3rd year you get another [84% + principle deposit back ) your total profit is 252%.
Do you come to any other conclusions then i do?

My math not good either but I figure $840 on a $1000 investment = profit of $850 after one year.
