Hello all,

Sadly, our aim of investing 100k was not reached, and our investment partners pulled the plug on this investment deal they had offered both us and you that invested in TF.

The reasoning for this was that we had invested with a company in South Africa, which was investing in housing markets, that had on sight very good income potential and growth factor was great as we closed inn to 2010 worldcup soccer.

We didnt even reach 1/3 of the needed investment over past 6 months. So
100k is far off target.

We have agreed with them to rather launch a separate program at a later time with another deal for our membership, but we made it clear that in this case we thing our members should get back all the money so there are no losses of any kind.

They have reassured us that they will be able to payout the spends as they came inn back to our LR account, starting end of feburary, or at the very earliest mid feburary.

The refund of your all investments will be done in the fashion they came inn, meaning we will simply reverse the sums that were deposited.
To our understanding, They will give us funds back in batches, that TF will send back to all members one by one as they came inn.

This is unfortunately the truth i meet today when i came to my desk.
Its very unfortunate, but its the truth.

We will therefore contact our investment partners again during this week
to verify the back payment plan and dates to get back to all our TF members about it.

We are very sorry. A mix of low interest from our members + simply bad financial times worldwide is the reason for our investment partners to pull the plug. We were hoping we would reach 100k target over time, but that is a target long off.

We will keep all informed. Please post your questions in this tread and not all over the other forums so that we and all TF members can communicate and understand each other during this refund period that is ahead of us all.

For now, this is all i can say.Will update all once i know more.

We have now sent out a newsletter to all members.
Further spend possibility to TF has from now been stopped as there is no point in
continuing the investment program as per our investment partners decision.
There will also not be any need for you to request any cashout so that option has also been stopped. We will need to calculate all payouts manually as they came inn and as the funds are sent to us by our investment partners from South Africa, so we can refund you all.

We assure you, there is nothing else more important for us at this time then
having the refund's started and get all members sent back their spends to TF.

I am not here all the time to monitor replies, but i will be checking inn to answer your
questions daily atleast once. So if you dont see a reply from in a few hours, then please make sure to check back for a reply to your question in this thread in 24h.

Only this thread will be open in the TF forum for postings, all others have been closed as the only issue we need to discuss
is thisone. To not take away the focus from the refund thread here, i have closed of the rest. You will be able to view all thread with all post, but not post in any other thread then this one, so that we can keep the focus on the refund subject.

My apologies for the late reply. I was away and arrived back yesterday. I have taken a few days to evaluate the 2010 project which is about a year away from now.

I had to take a look at the time left before this event, which is only a year away, verses the progress of this project. The fact is that there is hardly much time left and with the funds accumulated thus far, there is not much one can do with this project.

I would therefore suggest based on the current funds accumulated that we stop this project with immediate effect. This is not my personal choice but a business one.

The initial funds that was deposited by TF will be refunded beginning with the most recent deposits through to the first deposits. This refund process will unfortunately not happen all at once and will most likely begin from the end of February 2009. There is a good chance that it could begin from the middle February 2009 but that would be speculation at this point.

The reason for not refunding now and all at once is because the funds was placed into a temporary project to generate interest to be able to pay interest. December and January has not accumulated much interest due to the slowdown of business activity in this period.

It would take this time to withdrawal the funds from this project. The only way that this project could possibly continue was if a minimum amount of $50 000 came in during the month of January. To be honest Ray, I don't think that this could happen based upon the current world economy status. If you think that this is possible, please let me know and I can see if this would work.

It is really unfortunate that this project had to end this way as I did see it as a great success for all involved. I will keep in touch with you on a regular basis and inform you on the progress of the refunds.

All questions, suggestions and remarks are welcome. We would like to keep this refund process as transparent as possible.

We will not leave out/forget anyone in the refund process. You all invested for a 36 months term, I hope its not a big problem for most of our members to let us and our investment partners figure out the "when and how's" to resolve and refund all.

At this point I am hoping all spenders in TF had received, or getting the information on the new development, and I also hope all are back to check the information posted here ONLY, whenever you can.

Disappointed is putting it mildly as my wife and I had great plans for the profits made from TF, but then, them's the breaks. We do understand the problems and the reasoning behind your decisions and agree that on the info supplied, you made the best decision available, enabling the return of our working capital. My faith in Rolclub has not diminished as you did try to help us build our retirement fund but the world stage got in the way. So be it. Now let us get back to the drawing board. We still have a few years left. Kapiti.

Thank you for your prudent response as it was equally disappointing for us and to decide the proper way is to refund ASAP to whoever possible within the means left to us and on the initial invested funds that are retrieved or refunded at the moment. We both discussed this seconds before Admin posted the above announcement which we agreed & approved for release.

We will keep you informed until whatever amount are left available that will be transferred to us be accessible for disbursement.

I am disappointed that TF did not obtain adequate funding for its project; however, I do understand the constraints placed on investments in this current economic climate. I only recently joined TF so I'm afraid I was too new to be much support. I am impressed with the responsibility shown by the Admins and the investment partners in making refunds. I do hope that if you should begin another project in the future that you will notify me as I would be interested in joining. Wishing you all the best.

I am very much disappointed that TF has bursted as a soap bubble.
On a homepage is specified that TF has about 250 members.
If to divide the target sum ($100.000) into 250 members we shall receive $400 (!)
In total: each of us should investing ~ $400.
Why you do not want to offer that member which have brought $100-300 to finish this sum with $400?
Really it is an unsurmountable problem?

I think that the administrator should supervise constantly a situation and in case of occurrence of a crisis situation to take fast and concrete measures for its correction.
Unfortunately, he has undertaken nothing … and can be did not want to undertake or can be initially was such scenario is conceived?
Anyhow, to us is left only one variant - stupidly to wait for return of the initial deposit.

FAQ: “…OUR principal amount is "always guaranteed"
“…we are able to offer a personal guarantee on ALL the funds that YOU might decide to "externally" Deposit into TradedFund!”

But it is already old song and we listened to it not once.
Well how many time it is possible to tread on the same raker!?

I deposit 100$ and got two times payment about 14$ . But now TF seems can not run .
I have read news about refund . So how can i got 86$ to my lr u0917993 ? I wan to know it. I am waiting for reply.

I, like all the other members of TF am very disappointed that the program could not go on. I received interest payments every time they became due. I really thought we had a winner. I still do but for the "WORLD" econonmic crisis. When the program was started, who was to know that the world economic crisis was about to raise its ugly head. I can say this though: Many many thanks that the partners in South Africa are people of integrity and honesty and that they are going to pay the investors their money back.
