ATTENTION TO ALERTPAY!!!I think is BIG SCAM!!!

Sorry for my english is not good.
I had a big problem with alertpay.I have received 4 payments from credit cards that alertpay stopped saying that they are fraudulent transactions.
The people who sent me the money they say is not true.
I'm writing from weeks to alertpay and to these people and they all are saying not the fault of anyone!!!
Please do you tell me who should I complain all?I already complaint all to IC3 but I want complain all everywhere until someone will pay for that!
