Why is the Bitcoin price not zero already, because it will be banned in February 2018?

Bitcoin was the first decentralized currency, operating with no central authority or banks. Therefore it cannot be banned, as no one owns it. Bitcoin is big, it’s being accepted by more and more places, like Amazon, Microsoft, Expedia to name a few.

Countries can opt to make it difficult to use there, but it can never be banned.

You have to be positive and not worry about what’s so far. No one really knows the future, so better to concentrate in the present. Bitcoin is a brilliant option for investment, but we are lucky to have a lot more than Bitcoin. We just need to be selective and that can put us in commanding position.
