Receiving monies thru PayPal into your PayPal account from everywhere that is recognized and approved is alright & permitted, PayPal encourages that too to increase wealth with commerce from the private homes for most account holders, its the option here made available..

However, once you wish to withdraw, by transacting into real cash and this "other end" just has to be a Bank account that was earlier "verified" by PayPal, and with their green light and awareness, this bank account is one that supports your credit card and this bank has also supported your credentials and the details aligned to the submitted credentials reflecting your legitimate domicile status in the country you had earlier disclosed to PayPal....

Hehehh... sounds like a carousel here.... but it is, whether one finds it appalling or approving or just plain darn foolish... it's all about security and knowing who is not or indeed IS fooling with "dirty" money that may also lead to fraudulent leads and perhaps also, terroristic activities which Uncle Sam and the Feds would be interested in as well.

    Okay I got the idea,
1- verify the papal account with the C.C. from the same country I am living in
2- add the money, or receive the payments from my customers as I like
3- I can use the C.C. which verified in point 1 to make online payment to a well know websites like amazon.com
4- I can use the C.C. to withdraw the money in the ATM in my country
5- I can ask the Pay pal to send me the money on my bank account (the same one of the C.C.)
    Is all the above correct?

They, PayPal, will do the verifying of your account based on the CC you disclose to them.

2- add the money, or receive the payments from my customers as I like
You can't add money to your own PayPal acct, (its absurd using yr CC) but all monies received for whatever services or goods you offered and/or sell, is earned and accepted as E-Currency and honored by PayPal which again is transferable/convertable too, into an approved bank account.

3- I can use the C.C. which verified in point 1 to make on line payment to a well know websites like amazon.com
To make payments on-line with a CC, one needs no involvement with PayPal but it gives them (PayPal being the broker) business and gives you an extra back up suppport should a Seller play foul....

4- I can use the C.C. to withdraw the money in the ATM in my country
Your CC can be used at most ATM around the world, nothing to do with PayPal.

5- I can ask the Pay pal to send me the money on my bank account (the same one of the C.C.)
Thru yr back office, YOU have access with the tools granted, to transfer the amount and conveniently at any time to your Bank account (you are allowed 8 bank accts) that are in your country. PayPal needs no further or follow-up intervention here either, they did that each and every time you submitted a bank account for authorization & approval

    Is all the above correct?
Before you pop up the next potential query about the PayPal CC... yes, it exists but ONLY for USA resident account holders.

    Another question:-

What if someone send me a payment and after a few days asked for refund?

How I can avoid such problems? And the pay pal will send him the money? Is there place to read about this problem?

    Thanks for your help......

U R welcome and to do some DD on that area, that is a feature a Business Account gets to enjoy, part of being a "protected" member of PayPal that gets an added shoulder of support when dealing with pranksters and fake offers involving auctions for example.

Wherever you are located, you can trace the tel# of your PayPal Support in helping you create or enhancing your basic account into a Biznuz account...
So, all the best from here and do you btw, have a car or a boat and uses a recently purchased GPS as well???

Let me know then, I'll tell you more about why and how if you have a GPS to start with...

    Cheers
