The best offer by far in the moment is AccentCard Visa. You receive a fully working US Checking Account with Visa card. The Visa card can be used on and offline at any merchant. For Paypal, Moneybookers and Google too.

Interesting as a good alternative for online transactions and as it says, reloadable.

I do know that VCC for booking online air tickets is just one source that won't work, as my understanding from my own Citibank has advised, they are only usable for one transfer and it goes into a digital spin which cannot corroborate on a double screen check when next required.

but I would like to know from your testinmony, is this card accepting load ups from 3rd parties other than oneself? This is where it will become a solution, but I'll have to hear your experience first on this query unless U R not certain about it, I will have to go through the whole site to be sure, but first from you if you care to, thanks!

Good news for you. Yes it can accept for example bank wires from third parties (customers, clients, friends, etc.) you just mention it in the wire form that you fill to inform them about the incoming wire and that is all. It has an IBAN bank wire loading option too if you need.

Seems interesting, but is this a 'chip and PIN' card, or just a cash from the wall card?
To work at POS in most of Europe requires chip and PIN, but few cards offer this.

Actually it is an US checking account with card. You apply for an US checking account that comes with a Visa bank card. So I will inquire about the chip but up to now I had no problems with the card so far.

This doesn't assure me whether it is "all the time" or just for the initial application on opening the account. I wondered if the latter is the case and even if that is, one cannot truly determine just how many entities out there one can expect to recieve funds at any unknown date or time to submit in advance. Can you verify with what you know so far? How long are you the Merchant Operator of this service?

Thanks for more information before I submiit my efforts and docs for their verification.

Your signature says its instant loading of this card with egold. I am looking for such a card. Can you kindly provide more information on this? How much are the costs, fee, and is it truly instant as BGC was?

You have to fill a form for each and every wire that is going in and out of the account and simply add the infos of the third party. I have clarified the situation and the card has no chip because chip cards are not issued in N. America.

AccentCard Visa is a new product form the former Accent Card that was affected like all other cards by the events of NYCCU. The product is backed by Tomato Bank of California a well known international Bank. I am with the product from the beginning and we have very positive responses from cardholders all over the world.

The program is a banking program and not just a simple card with ACH opportunity. You will apply and receive a fully working US checking account. That is the main difference to other products. So you have full online banking access.
