Matrex S.A. was established on December 11th 2006 as an independent asset manager and started managing private assets by the beginning of year 2007.
Matrex Money Management (MMM) was launched in 2008 as a result of the new management board efforts which brougt to cooperation with a number of independent forex traders and forex trading companies. A number of different traders from different parts of the world with different trading strategies and methods should provide more stable profits and reduce the risk of losses. The Matrex Money Management and its traders’ historical performance is shown in the Chart on Home page .
MMM was launched through Matrex s.a. as an off-shore company mainly to manage the owners’ private assets under better conditions. Several years of work at a highly volatile market like forex has brought Matrex good and bad experience. The experience of a 100 % loss at certain accounts with certain traders gave us the knowledge we believe is worth those losses. The wisdom can only be acquired through studies and experience.
The concept of our development is based on the wish of taking it easy in order to control the invesments among the traders and to keep a low profile and a highest degree of privacy for all the investors. Therefore the portfolios will be limited and we expect a steady long-term growth.
Matrex's main goal is to offer persons an opportunity to invest their risk funds into currency market keeping the risk as low as possible. This is to be obtained by cooperation with a number of traders and teams of traders each trading only a part of portfolio in their own way or strategy.
1. What makes MMM a better opportunity?
It is incredibly seldom that any trader at forex is willing to guarantee any of the assets invested because no matter how expirienced the trader or team of traders, no matter of their strategy, losses do happen. In order to minimize the possibility of (significant) losses Matrex has launched a cooperation with a growing number of different traders and teams of traders. What does it bring in regard of the risk an investor takes? A simple example should answer the question: ten traders each managing 10 % of all the assets with a goal to gain monthly 10 % means that even in case if one of them resulted in 100 % loss the total result of the month should not be negative but around zero.
2. What does MMM stand for?
According to the results of different traders, their experience, the risk they take, Matrex Money Management or MMM stands for the formula by which the assets are spread among different traders. The goal is to achieve stable gains and the side effect is that in a one year time period the assets invested should achieve about 20 % gain even if half of all the traders’ work collapsed and ended at 0!
3. The only negative aspect experienced!
The only negative aspect MMM investors have experienced is a slightly lower liquidity. All the assets have to be spread throughout the world among all the traders. It takes some time for the banks to wire the transfers. Some traders provide Matrex with monthly statements, some at the end of the month others in the middle. Some of the assets from the program for larger investments (with lower but even more stable gains) are invested in real-estate, gold or other more secure opportunities which may add to lower liquidity. However the lower liquidity should affect only the investors who’d request a withdrawal of their assets prior to the time objective they have chosen at the time of their investment.
4. Other benefits!
First MMM investors expected certain costs which they were willing to cover due to the diversification of the investment. However being a corporate investor Matrex is often able to negotiate better contracts with traders so even if someone would make the same diversification of his private assets, he’d probably result at lower monthly gains.
There are a lot of offers anyone can find on internet, so any investor is able to spread its own assets (an advise which every investor should keep in mind). However it is often impossible to know at start whether an offer is as good as presented, at times it’s difficult to realise whether it is fraudelent or not. Finding real experienced traders may cost money and time, an issue Matrex’s investors need not worry about. Matrex is always seeking new possibilities. New traders are always tested and the old ones are reevaluated every six months.
INVESTMENT PLANS
Matrex S.A. offers clients a selection of several investment plans with different withdrawal time horizons and different profit potentials. The spread of the assets invested among all the traders varies in each investment plan and is calculated in accordance to the risk/profit ratio of each trader’s method of trading. Therefore it is most probable that in a long term the investment plan “Stable” would be the least volatile, most profit or loss should occur in the investment plan “Risk”.

Our main goal is to obtain long-term profits. We are not seeking highest but most stable profits. As you know it is to be achieved by distributing portfolio among a number of different partners. Their results are unpredictable but at this moment we are offered best conditions when we'd manage approximately USD 5 millions. At that point the assets would be spread among all our partners under conditions we seek, but the amount would still be easy to handle.
Thus it is very probable that MMM (Matrex Money Management) will close for new investors as soon as the assets invested reach the mentioned amount. You must understand that in nowdays global financial uncertainty it is important to be able to respond quickly to market changes, a characteristic an institution
tends to lose as it grows without set limits.
To keep the performance we are targeting on a long term scale we all have to accept the above written reality.
It is also possible that as we grow new opportunities will cross our path. We will keep our site updated with the necessary information for all investors.
