What do I do if I forget my user ID?

What do I do if I forget my password?
To request a new Password, click on "Forgotten your password?" on the home page and follow the instructions. You will be sent a new password via e-mail shortly. To request a new password you need to answer the personal question that you specified during registration. Please note: your new password will be sent to the e-mail address that you specified in your registration. For this reason, always make sure to use an active e-mail address in your betestate account!
What features does my betestate account have?
Your betestate account is a control panel that lets you make the most of our services. For example, you need to be logged in before you can make deposits or withdrawals, place bets, etc. Under “My account” you can view the bets you have placed and a list of all your account movements. Under “My profile”, you have the possibility of specifying personal settings for your betestate account. You can also refer friends to our site as part of our friendship bonus programme.
Can I change my user ID?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Every user ID can be assigned only once at betestate. Once you have successfully registered, you need to continue with that account and keep the corresponding user ID.
Can I change my password?
You can login and change your password at any time under “My account”. That is advisable if you suspect that somebody has found out your betestate is not liable for any misuse of your accounts! We advise you to choose a password that is hard to guess (e.g. an arbitrary combination of letters and digits) and to change your password periodically.

I made a deposit but the amount was not credited to my betestate account.
Please check online to find out how much processing time is required for your selected inpayment method. If that duration has already elapsed, please send your user ID, the selected payment option and any error messages that were displayed when you tried to make the deposit to our customer support.
Why was my request for withdrawal cancelled and another method of withdrawal applied?
As an internal security precaution, outpayments are subject to modification by our Financial Service Department.
Why was my request for withdrawal cancelled?
There may be several reasons for cancellation:
* only payment means and bank accounts in the betestate account holder’s name may be used for outpayments.
* the payout of FreeBets and marketing bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
* if you request the outpayment of the amounts you paid into your account instead of using them to participate in our broad line-up of services, betestate is entitled to cancel such requests instead of paying out the money as requested.
* outpayments cannot be performed until the official photo ID has been received.
