History of the Company

It all started with the creation of the company "Brezan Financial Services" in 2001. The company's first activity was as an IB on the Forex market in Moscow. Soon it began to quote its clients independently. For those purposes the company Zorom Pshiafe Ltd, which was registered in Belize in 2002, was bought. Its main activity is providing brokerage services on the Forex market. The company's clients are individuals from around the world.

The main goal of uniting the companies in one team was the need to widen their activity and representation with the constantly growing number of clients in different parts of the world.
Due to those facts there was a necessity for an effective system of companies, with balanced non-productive risks and with powerful services, independent of political factors or current market issues.
In 2005 the group FxTeam included in its ranks the Swiss company Western Capital Forex S.A., which was established in Geneva in February 1990, and since 1995 was an advisor for an offshore fund in the Bermudas. This fund was created as an "Umbrella" fund with different classes of assets. The board of Directors of Western Capital Forex S.A. consists of qualified spe******ts, who are highly experienced in finance, fund management, and in currency markets. Most of them have worked in the financial market for over 25 years. In 2005 the company widened its scope of activity and started to work on the Forex market. Since early 2000, Western Capital Forex S.A. has been regulated by the OAR-G, which is one of the self-regulated bodies in Switzerland. The company is also a member of the Swiss group of Independent Financial Advisors (GSCGI).
In 2005 the co-founders established a London based company MCFX Co Ltd, who's objective is to provide service to large corporate and individual clients on the Forex market. At the moment the company is in the process of acquiring the FSA license.
