My Dear INS Family,

As you are aware, over the recent weeks, Invest-N-Surf, as well as the industry as a whole, has experienced many DDoS attacks. Also, payment processors were inaccessible. Solid Trust Pay was up and down, and both Liberty Reserve and AlterGold had long periods of downtime. In addition, after the DDoS attacks ceased, the site continued to be up and down for another 4 or 5 days. These things all had an indirect effect on us.

What you don’t know is that I had paid members over $600,000 during those recent weeks followed by a full stop of re-purchases since the attack (mostly from big spenders). That is not healthy for any program, even though I was not relying on members’ money to pay. As you all know, right now it has been taking from 17 to 20 days to get paid from P-2-P. I always had to do extremely careful planning in order to always make same-day payouts, while I had to wait much longer for the investment money to come in. I am sure that you can see the effect that a sudden drastic change in the pattern of repurchases could have on my critical and careful planning in running such fast payouts.

You know that I have always had a strong commitment to you, my members. My commitment will not waiver in the least to preserve the integrity of INS. And as always, my highest priority is to take care of my members. And right now, I want to do my very best to insure that Invest-N-Surf won’t be badly damaged by these recent circumstances. In the best interest of all, I have decided to put Invest-N-Surf into a Two-Week No-Surf Holiday.

A Two-Week No-Surf Holiday will bring INS cash flow back to normal without having to pay members from my personal money while waiting for investment earnings to come in. This is for the long run of a stable program. This gives me time to revise the program and find the best solution for all.

I want you to know exactly what to expect when I say a “No-Surf Holiday.” This Two-Week No-Surf Holiday means that we will stop the clock, so to speak, at Invest-N-Surf for two weeks and start it again after two weeks. All upgrades will remain the same. During this time, Crons will not run, and the Upgrade Button will be disabled. The site will be up and remain open; if it will be down or experience downtime, I will bring you an update. The countdown of days till payout will resume at the end of the two weeks, and upgrades will begin earning again as well. This two-week delay, as well as allowing cash flow to return to normal, will also allow me time to look for better solutions for security, hosting, and plans to secure the stability of Invest-N-Surf.

I want to assure you that all monies are safe. As always, we are doing very well with our investment, but it is important to secure everything for the long-term future of Invest-N-Surf.

After the two weeks everyone will continue earning to full ROA, get paid, and will be within terms.

In order to run a good business for a long time, I must adjust to meet our needs. I still have the same vision for the future as always and am excited about the days ahead.
