They dont display any rate and fee page, but do contact the bank for a
more recent fee structure before you go ahead.

Hi thanks for that information will check the website and see if it fits what I am looking for.

Thanks for that information provided. But, I would like ot know whether this bank allows ot open account for foreginers? . This was the information not provided by you.

When you say 'Foreigners ' I'n not sure I understand...we are all 'foreigners' somewhere.

Anyway... if you can open a bank account in your country then you can open an offshore account with whomsoever offers that service.
