Due to this severe attack we are almost unable to process Liberty Reserve withdrawal requests. We are trying permanently and in-between a few requests could be processed, however we have a backlog of more than 400 Liberty Reserve withdrawal requests currently.

More updates


We have more than one solution in place, and are trying to select the most efficient one. Please rest assured that Liberty Reserve is going to be back up very soon as all resources and all available man power is being utilized to make sure we have the safest and most reliable solution. Unfortunately decisions of this importance can not be made on a fly and without extensive research. We are looking for a permanent solution that will prevent all future outages related to DDOS attacks. This process is slow, but very rewarding at the end. On behalf of all of Liberty Reserve staff I would like to thank everyone for your kind words of support and your patience.

Update on the current Liberty Reserve situation:

We can access LR now without any problems and this is a big relief after a week of uncertainty.

However, as posted on the LR blog, there are still issues with their SCI/API interfaces. That means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system. According to LR this issue should be resolved within the next 24 hours and we hope that we can offer all of you a flawless operation as we did in the past six months.
