What is a Stuff View?
One Stuff View costs one dollar and gives your items you have for sale and web sites you have to advertise more exposure in our rotator. You may also earn from to 0-3% in rebates on your Stuff View purchase each day you watch 20 sites at 10 seconds each (up to 125% plus any bonus percentages you may have earned)


How do I apply my Stuff Views to my website(s) or item(s) that I have for sale?
After you have submitted your website(s) or for sale items(s) and they have been approved you can then purchase Stuff views and they will be applied automatically.


What is a Cycle?
When a member purchases Stuff Views they have the ability to receive money back in CPR (Company Profit Rebates). They must view 20 sites at 10 seconds per day until their Stuff View purchased amount reaches their 110% or 125% depending on their level of membership, plus any bonus percentages they may have earned to complete a cycle. (Example: 125% plus 12 bonus percentanges = 137% or $100 = $137!)


How soon does my Cycle start after I purchase my Stuff views?
After MyStuffGone.com receives your funds, your E-Wallet will be funded within 24-48 hrs. You can then purchase Stuff Views from your E-Wallet and start a cycle.


What payment methods does MyStuffGone.com accept?
Virtual Money ATM Card (Bought From DebitExpress) FDIC Insured, Solid Trust Pay, and Strict Pay.


Can a free Member (Explorer Level) receive any rebates on Stuff Views they purchase?
Yes, but Explorers only have one CPR (Company Profit Rebate) learning cycle.


Can a free Member (Explorer Level) Referrer or receive any commissions for referring others?
NO, Members must be at the Sailor level or higher to participate in our Ultimate 5x8 Forced Earnings Referral Matrix to receive any commissions on their referrals.


I just signed up, what am I?
All Members who just signed up are Explorers. Once Explorers are Verified they can buy, sell and receive Package 1 (one listing for an item for sale) for free every time they buy an item. Explorers can participate in one CPR cycle only after that they must upgrade to a Sailor for additional benefits (See Members Earnings and Levels page).


What are Bonus Percentages?
For every active personally sponsored Member you have (Sailor, Specialist, Lieutenant, Commander, Captain) , you will receive 1 additional bonus % each time they purchase or renew their membership in your Bonus Bank. These bonuses may be applied to any Stuff View CPR Pack and must be applied within 30 days of being issued. Example: 7 active personal referrals =117% per cycle ($100 = $117).


When do Bonus Percentages expire?
You must apply your bonus percentages within 30 days or they will expire.

How do I apply my Bonus Percentages?
In the Earn Money section in your back office go to your Bonus Bank click on the bonus percentage box that you want to apply and then click on Apply Checked Bonuses and your bonus percentages will automatically applied.


What is the daily earning percentages my Stuff view(s) can earn?
0-3% per day.


What is the minimum and maximum amount of Stuff views I can purchase per day?
Depending on your Member level, currently the minimum is $25 and the Maximum is $200 per day at the Captain Level.


Do I receive rebates one time or every time my down line purchases Stuff views?
Each time the Members in your down line purchases new Stuff Views you get paid if you’re qualified for that level (See our Ultimate 5x8 Forced Earnings Referral Matrix page.)

What are the minimum surfing requirements to earn rebates on Stuff views?
You must watch 5 premium sites and 15 additional Sites per day for a total of 20 sites at 10 seconds each until your Stuff view purchase expires. To earn rebates you must have all sites watched by 11:50 pm (CST)


What is a premium ad?
Each Member is required to watch five premium ads in order to earn the daily CPR percentage. The first 5 ads out of the required 20 are premium ads.


How many sites can I watch per day?
Up to fifty.


Do I receive any benefits for watching more than my required 20 sites per day?
Yes. Giveaways, prizes and more will be shown at random to lucky Members when available!


How much can I receive for Stuff Views purchased from my referrals and their referrals?
You could receive up to 1% of all Stuff Views purchased through 8 levels depending on your level of Membership (See Ultimate 5x8 Forced Earnings Referral Matrix).


When can I request a cash out?
You can request a cash out when your Stuff View rebate completes its cycle.


How long does it normally take to receive my money after I request a cash out?
Typically 2-5 business days, excluding weekends, and all nationally observed holidays.

What happens if I’m unable to watch my required sites to earn the daily CPR percentage on a particular day or what if I go on a vacation?

Can family members that share the same computer have their own accounts, such as Husband and Wife?
Yes, but each member Husband and Wife must have a separate payment processor account number and a separate MyStuffGone.com Member I.D. number, separate active email address and a separate active phone numbers (land lines or cell ******). Each member must notify MyStuffGone.com by sending a support ticket saying Husband and Wife, Son, Daughter or Roommate will be using the same computer (I.P. address) along with their Member I.D. Number. Each person must have a government issued photo I.D. on file with MyStuffGone.com. If a member is caught not complying with this rule their Account along with any Stuff Views Purchased, Down Lines, Rebates, and Bonus Percentages will be Forfeited/Deleted!!!


What is the Honesty Policy?
Honesty Policy: When an item is sold there is a 5% closing/selling fee that belongs to MyStuffGone.com that the Buyer must pay when they purchase an item (exception: High Ticket Items. See Sell Stuff Rates page). It is recommended that each party (buyer and seller) leaves feedback when their item is sold or purchased. Each Member who buys an item will receive Package 1 for free. Buyer must click on the “Buy it Now” button and each seller must click on the “Tag as Sold” button in their back office and fill out the required information for their Package one to be released. If a member is caught not complying with this rule their Account along with any Stuff Views Purchased, Down Lines, Rebates, and Bonus Percentages will be Forfeited/Deleted!


How will I know if the Seller has confirmed my purchase?
You will have an entry in your back office under the Items I’m Buying link called Confirm Purchase. This lists all offers/purchases that have been accepted by the seller.

What happens if someone intentionally leaves false feedback on a Member?
MyStuffGone.com will help with an investigation to resolve the issue and take the approbate action on whichever Member who left the false feedback. Accounts along with any Stuff Views Purchased, Down Lines, Rebates, and Bonus Percentages will be Forfeited/Deleted!!!


My friend signed up but he didn’t use my referral link can you change him under me?
Yes, but the person that signed up must send in a support ticket within 48 hrs from the email that they originally signed up with.

If I start as Explorer can I upgrade before my Cycle expires?
Yes, but the Explorer Stuff View purchase must stay in the Explorer cycle until it competes its cycle.


If I’m a Sailor or a higher ranked Member can I purchase Stuff Views in the Explorer Cycle?
No, the Explorer is a one time CPR learning cycle and can only be purchased prior to joining any higher ranked levels.

When do I get credited for surfing?
MyStuffGone.com uses a CPR model (Company Profit Rebate). Our script runs at 11:50 pm each day (CST). Therefore, you will NOT see earnings added to your cash balance immediately after you view your required 20 sites. The 24 hour period is based on MyStuffGone.com server time.


After making a purchase can I receive a refund?
No, due to the nature of our business model no refunds are available.


How do I load my pictures from my camera?
Please refer to the Training section in your Members back office.

When I signup will I recive and activation link?
