Got another update from admin:

We are very sorry that this kind of situation would happen.
We must tell the truth that we did lost lots of funds in LR payout account:U2555263 including my investment earning.
We must figure out some ways to solve the problem.
After discussing with our team,we must stop the instant payout mode and change the payout rule to manual payment.
We runs this site by most efforts and we really hope this one will goes several years.
Thus we add a plan that is upgrade from $100 to $1000 and you can get the 35% of principal in the deposit day,daily profit is 5% for 22 days,the total profit will be 145% after 22 days.
We also hope members can keep investing us and thus we would have sufficient funds to cover the daily huge payout and our online investments.
If you had deposit in this plan,please contact me and I will pay the 35% principal plus 5% daily profit to you in that day.
